Detailed Description
Reference will now be made in detail to the exemplary embodiments, examples of which are illustrated in the accompanying drawings. When the following description refers to the accompanying drawings, like numbers in different drawings represent the same or similar elements unless otherwise indicated. The embodiments described in the following exemplary embodiments do not represent all embodiments consistent with the present invention. Rather, they are merely examples of apparatus and methods consistent with certain aspects of the invention, as detailed in the appended claims.
Fig. 1 is a flowchart illustrating a message processing method according to an exemplary embodiment, and as shown in fig. 1, the message processing method according to this embodiment is used in a terminal device, which is a device capable of communicating through an address book, and may be, for example, a mobile phone, a personal digital assistant (PDA, for short), and the like. The message processing method comprises the following steps.
In step S11, the attention of the user to the address book is obtained according to a preset period.
The address book includes instant messaging groups and/or other contacts that the user joins, such as QQ groups and/or other contacts in QQ, groups and/or other contacts in chat, and the like. In the embodiment of the present disclosure, the terminal device may perform statistics on the attention of the instant messaging group that the user joins and/or the attention of other contacts that the user joins according to a preset period, where the preset period may be, for example, 1 day, 1 week, and the like, and a specific value thereof may be set according to an actual situation or experience, and the selection of the specific value of the preset period is not limited herein.
In step S12, an inactive address book is determined in the address book according to the attention.
In the embodiment of the disclosure, after the terminal device obtains the attention degree of the user to the address book, the inactive address book is determined in the address book according to the attention degree, and the inactive address book is marked. In a specific implementation process, whether the attention of the user to the address book is lower than a preset threshold value in at least two continuous preset periods can be judged, if yes, the attention of the user to the address book is low, and the address book is determined to be an inactive address book. For example: assuming that the preset period is 1 week, after the terminal device counts the attention degree of the user to the address book according to the preset period, judging whether the attention degree counted in at least two consecutive weeks is lower than a preset threshold value, if so, determining the address book as an inactive address book, otherwise, determining the address book as an active address book. The specific value of the preset threshold is not limited herein.
In step S13, when receiving a message sent by a contact in the inactive address book, the notification information of the inactive address book is masked.
In the embodiment of the disclosure, after the terminal device determines the inactive address book, the inactive address book is marked, and when receiving a message sent by a contact in the inactive address book, the terminal device shields the prompt information of the inactive address book, and does not remind the user that the inactive address book has a new message any more, so that the phenomenon that the user frequently receives the prompt information when the user does not pay attention to the inactive address book and the contact in the inactive address book sends the message can be avoided, and the purpose of improving the user experience is achieved.
According to the message processing method, the attention degree of the user to the address book is acquired according to the preset period, the inactive address book is determined in the address book according to the acquired attention degree, and when the message sent by the contact in the inactive address book is received, the prompt message of the inactive address book is shielded. When the fact that the attention of the user to a certain address book is low is determined, the prompt message of the address book is shielded, so that the phenomenon that the user frequently receives the prompt message of the address book can be avoided, and the user experience is improved.
Fig. 2 is a flowchart illustrating a message processing method according to another exemplary embodiment, where the method is used in a terminal device, and this embodiment describes in detail an embodiment of obtaining a user's attention to an address book and how to determine an inactive address book based on the embodiment illustrated in fig. 1, and as illustrated in fig. 2, the message processing method includes the following steps.
In step S21, at a preset time, access state information of the user to the address book in a preset period is obtained, where the access state information includes the number of times the user sends a message and/or the number of times the user views a message.
In the embodiment of the present disclosure, the access status information includes the number of times the user sends the message, or the number of times the user views the message, or the number of times the user sends the message and the number of times the user views the message. At a preset moment, the terminal equipment can acquire the attention of the user to the address book by acquiring the access state information of the user to the address book in a preset period. For example, if the number of times that the user sends a message or views a message in a certain address book in a preset period is greater, or the number of times that the user sends a message and the number of times that the user views a message are greater, it indicates that the user pays attention to the address book, and thus the attention degree of the user to the address book is higher.
In step S22, it is determined whether the number of times the user sends the message and/or the number of times the user views the message in at least two consecutive preset periods is lower than a preset number of times.
In the embodiment of the disclosure, after acquiring the number of times that a user sends a message and/or checks the message in a certain address book in a preset period, the terminal device determines whether the number of times that the user sends the message and/or checks the message is lower than a preset number of times in at least two consecutive statistical periods, and if both the number of times that the user sends the message and/or checks the message are lower than the preset number of times, it indicates that the user has low attention to the address book. The preset times may be selected according to actual conditions or experience, for example, the preset times may be 30 times, 40 times, and the like, and the specific value of the preset times is not limited herein.
In step S23, if the number of times that the user sends messages and/or the number of times that the user views messages in at least two consecutive preset periods are lower than a preset number of times, determining the address book as the inactive address book.
In step S24, when receiving a message sent by a contact in the inactive address book, the notification information of the inactive address book is masked.
In addition, the attention of the user to the address book is judged by acquiring the times of sending the message by the user and/or the times of checking the message, so that the accuracy of judging the attention is improved.
Optionally, on the basis of the foregoing embodiments, when the address book is in the open state, the prompt information of the inactive address book includes at least one of a voice prompt, or a message prompt pop-up window.
Specifically, when the address book is in an open state, that is, when the address book is in a running state, if the terminal device receives a message sent by a contact in the address book, the terminal device reminds the user through at least one of a voice prompt, a voice prompt or a message prompt pop-up window, so that the user can view the message in the address book in time. After the terminal device determines the inactive address book, when receiving a message sent by a contact in the inactive address book, if the terminal device finds that the inactive address book is in an open state through detection, a sound prompt, a voice prompt or a message prompt popup window of the inactive address book is shielded. For example, in this example, the address book is described as QQ, the prompt message is described as a message prompt popup, fig. 3A is a schematic diagram illustrating the message prompt popup displayed when the address book is in an open state, and fig. 3B is a schematic diagram illustrating the message prompt popup is shielded when the address book is in an open state, as shown in fig. 3A, the QQ includes an instant messaging group and other contacts that a user joins, where the instant messaging group includes a group a, a group B, and a group C, and the other contacts include a contact D, a contact E, and the like. When a user clicks a message button on a terminal equipment interface, message prompt popup windows of all instant messaging groups and other contacts are displayed on the terminal equipment interface, and the message prompt popup windows comprise group names of the instant messaging groups and latest messages. As shown in fig. 3B, when the terminal device determines that the attention of the user to the B group is low by acquiring the attention of the user to each group and other contacts, the terminal device will shield the message prompt popup window of the B group, and at this time, when the user clicks a message button on the terminal device interface, the group name and the latest message of the B group will not appear any more.
According to the message processing method, when the address book is in the open state, if the terminal device receives the message sent by the contact in the inactive address book, at least one of the voice prompt, the voice prompt or the message prompt popup window in the inactive address book is shielded, so that the phenomenon that the user frequently receives the prompt message of the inactive address book under the condition that the attention degree of the user to the inactive address book is low is avoided, and the user experience is improved.
Optionally, on the basis of the foregoing embodiments, when the address book is in the closed state, the prompt information includes a message prompt popup.
Specifically, when the address book is in a closed state or in a background operation mode, if the terminal device receives a message sent by a contact in the address book, the terminal device reminds the user through a message prompt popup window so that the user can check the message in the address book in time. After the terminal device determines the inactive address book, when receiving a message sent by a contact in the inactive address book, if the terminal device finds that the inactive address book is in a closed state through detection, the terminal device prompts a popup window to shield the message of the inactive address book. For example, in this example, the case that the address book is still taken as the QQ is taken as an example for explanation, fig. 4A is a schematic diagram of displaying a message prompt popup when the address book is in a closed state, and fig. 4B is a schematic diagram of shielding the message prompt popup when the address book is in a closed state, as shown in fig. 4A, when a user wants to browse a picture without viewing the QQ, if an instant messaging group in the QQ or other contacts send messages at this time, the message prompt popup is displayed at the top of the terminal device interface, and the message prompt popup includes the contacts and the messages sent by the contacts. As shown in fig. 4B, when the terminal device determines that the user has low attention to the group a by acquiring the attention of the user to each group and other contacts, the terminal device will shield the message prompt popup window of the group a, and at this time, if there is a message sent by a contact in the group a, the message prompt popup window will not be displayed at the top of the terminal device interface.
According to the message processing method, when the address book is in the closed state, if the terminal device receives the message sent by the contact in the inactive address book, the message prompt popup in the inactive address book is shielded, so that the phenomenon that the user frequently receives the prompt message of the inactive address book under the condition that the attention degree of the user to the inactive address book is low is avoided, and the user experience is improved.
Optionally, when the address book is in an open state, if there is a new message in the inactive address book, a message number prompt is displayed to the user on the instant messaging display interface.
Fig. 5 is a schematic diagram illustrating that the message number prompt is displayed on the instant messaging display interface when the address book is in an open state, as shown in fig. 5, when the address book is in an open state, that is, the address book is in a running state, if the terminal device receives an inactive address book, for example, a message sent by a contact in the B group, the message number prompt sent by the contact in the B group, that is, how many messages are sent by the contact in the B group, may be displayed on the instant messaging display interface.
In addition, when the address book is in a closed state, if a new message exists in the inactive address book, a message number prompt is displayed to the user on the user interface.
Fig. 6 is a schematic diagram illustrating that a message number prompt is displayed on a user interface when an address book is in a closed state, as shown in fig. 6, when the address book is in a closed state or the address book is in a background running state, if a terminal device receives an inactive address book, for example, a message sent by a contact in a group a, a message number prompt sent by the contact in the group a, that is, how many messages are sent by the contact in the group a, may be displayed on the user interface.
According to the message processing method, when the address book is in the open state, if a new message exists in the inactive address book, a message number prompt is displayed to a user on the instant address display interface, or when the address book is in the closed state, the message number prompt is displayed to the user on the user interface, so that the user can view the message number in the inactive address book by combining with the requirement of the user under the condition that the attention degree of the user on the inactive address book is low, and therefore the flexibility of the user in viewing the message can be improved.
Fig. 7 is a flowchart illustrating a message processing method according to another exemplary embodiment, where the method is used in a terminal device, and this embodiment describes in detail how to recover an inactive address book to an active address book after masking a hint information of the inactive address book based on the embodiment illustrated in fig. 1, and as illustrated in fig. 7, the message processing method includes the following steps.
In step S71, obtaining the attention of the user to the address book according to a preset period; the address book comprises an instant messaging group and/or other contacts which the user joins.
In step S72, an inactive address book is determined in the address book according to the attention.
In step S73, when receiving a message sent by a contact in the inactive address book, the notification information of the inactive address book is masked.
Steps S71-S73 are similar to steps S11-S13, and are not repeated here.
