Abstract

一种农用吹塑薄膜的油墨及其制备方法是农膜印刷油墨的生产技术,其原料组成为环氧树脂16-64%;低分子量聚乙烯树脂1-9%;乙酸乙烯酯1-9%;异丙醇16-30%;颜料18-36%;本发明有益效果:采用了与农用乙烯一乙酸乙烯酯共聚物吹塑薄膜成分相近的低分子树脂:低分子量聚乙烯树脂和乙酸乙烯酯,使油墨可以和薄膜牢固结合,解决了农用乙烯一乙酸乙烯酯共聚物吹塑薄膜因为流滴剂的存在而造成的印刷不上的问题。

Description

一种农用吹塑薄膜的油墨及其制备方法
技术领域:本发明涉及农膜印刷油墨的生产技术,尤其是一种农用吹塑薄膜的油墨及其制备方法。
背景技术:随着设施农业的不断发展,乙烯一乙酸乙烯酯共聚物吹塑薄膜的应用范围越来越广泛,尤其是它的保温性能、流滴性能都比普通的聚乙烯薄膜要求高。但乙烯一乙酸乙烯酯共聚物吹塑薄膜中因为存在大量的流滴剂,表面非常油腻,普通的油墨无法印刷,造成农民对该薄膜的正反面无法识别,造成了乙烯一乙酸乙烯酯共聚物吹塑薄膜的保温流滴性能下降,并进一步造成农产品产量和品质的下降。
发明内容:本发明的目的是提供能使油墨和薄膜牢固结合的一种农用吹塑薄膜的油墨及其制备方法,它克服了其它技术的缺点,本发明的目的是这样实现的,它是由低分子量聚乙烯树脂、乙酸乙烯酯、环氧树脂、异丙醇颜料制成的,其各组分的重量百分比为:
环氧树脂            16-64%
低分子量聚乙烯树脂    1-9%
乙酸乙烯酯              1-9%
异丙醇                16-30%
颜料                 18-36%。
制备方法为:
第一步,将低分子量聚乙烯树脂、乙酸乙烯酯、环氧树脂组成的混合液加入密炼机,加热至120℃,并搅拌至树脂完全溶解,制得A组混合液;
第二步,将A组混合液冷却至25℃,将聚丙醇、颜料加入密炼机中搅拌1-2h,得到成品油墨。
所述各组分的重量百分比为:
环氧树脂            26-54%
低分子量聚乙烯树脂    3-7%
乙酸乙烯酯              3-7%
异丙醇                19-27%
颜料                 21-33%。
所述各组分的重量百分比为:
环氧树脂          36-44%
低分子量聚乙烯树脂    4-6%
乙酸乙烯酯              4-6%
异丙醇                22-24%
颜料                 26-28%。
所述各组分的重量百分比为:
环氧树脂             40%
低分子量聚乙烯树脂    5%
乙酸乙烯酯           5%
异丙醇                23%
颜料                 27%。
本发明的意义:一是它从根本上解决了农用乙烯一乙酸乙烯酯共聚物吹塑薄膜因为流滴剂的存在而造成的印刷不上的问题;二是印制牢固,永不掉色;三是印制成本低廉;四是颜料色根据要求可调。
具体实施方式:实施例1、本发明是由低分子量聚乙烯树脂、乙酸乙烯酯、环氧树脂、异丙醇颜料制成的,其各组分的重量百分比为:
环氧树脂            16-64%
低分子量聚乙烯树脂    1-9%
乙酸乙烯酯              1-9%
异丙醇                16-30%
颜料                 18-36%;
制备方法为:
第一步,将低分子量聚乙烯树脂、乙酸乙烯酯、环氧树脂组成的混合液加入密炼机,加热至120℃,并搅拌至树脂完全溶解,制得A组混合液;
第二步,将A组混合液冷却至25℃,将聚丙醇、颜料加入密炼机中搅拌1-2h,得到成品油墨。

Claims (4)

1.一种农用吹塑薄膜的油墨,其特征是:它是由低分子量聚乙烯树脂、乙酸乙烯酯、环氧树脂、异丙醇、颜料制成的,其各组分的重量百分比为:
环氧树脂               16-64%
低分子量聚乙烯树脂      1-9%
乙酸乙烯酯               1-9%
异丙醇               16-30%
颜料                        18-36%;
其制备方法为:
第一步,将低分子量聚乙烯树脂、乙酸乙烯酯、环氧树脂组成的混合液加入密炼机,加热至120℃,并搅拌至树脂完全溶解,制得A组混合液;
第二步,将A组混合液冷却至25℃,将聚丙醇、颜料加入密炼机中搅拌1-2h,得到成品油墨。
