Abstract

本发明公开一种聚酰亚胺树脂组合物,属于高分子材料技术领域。它由以下重量份数的组分制成:聚酰亚胺树脂100份、环氧树脂纤维5份~8份、酚醛树脂纤维6份~12份、双马来酰亚胺8份~15份以及轻质碳酸钙10份~30份。本发明通过在原有聚酰亚胺树脂的基础上,添加环氧树脂纤维、酚醛树脂纤维以及双马来酰亚胺,从而可以有效的降低其膨胀系数,提高其耐热性能,同时降低其使用温度。

技术领域
本发明属于高分子材料技术领域,尤其涉及一种聚酰亚胺树脂组合物。
背景技术
聚酰亚胺树脂是一种具有高模量、高强度、低吸水率、耐水解、耐辐射和优异绝缘性及耐热氧化的工程塑料,在航空航天、电器绝缘、原子能工业、卫星、核潜艇及微电子及其它精密机械方面具有广泛的应用。
而现有的聚酰亚胺树脂产品大多存在热膨胀系数高、耐热性不佳,且需要在高温下进行的缺点。
发明内容
本发明提供一种聚酰亚胺树脂组合物,该聚酰亚胺树脂组合物热膨胀系数低、耐热性好,且不需要在高温下进行。
为了解决上述技术问题,本发明所采用的技术方案是:
它由以下重量份数的组分制成:
聚酰亚胺树脂100份、环氧树脂纤维5份~8份、酚醛树脂纤维6份~12份、双马来酰亚胺8份~15份以及轻质碳酸钙10份~30份。
上述技术方案中,更具体的技术方案是:聚酰亚胺树脂100份、环氧树脂纤维5份、酚醛树脂纤维6份、双马来酰亚胺15份以及轻质碳酸钙20份;
更进一步的,聚酰亚胺树脂100份、环氧树脂纤维8份、酚醛树脂纤维10份、双马来酰亚胺8份以及轻质碳酸钙10份;
更进一步的,聚酰亚胺树脂100份、环氧树脂纤维7份、酚醛树脂纤维12份、双马来酰亚胺12份以及轻质碳酸钙30份。
由于采用上述技术方案,本发明具有如下有益效果:
本发明通过在原有聚酰亚胺树脂的基础上,添加环氧树脂纤维、酚醛树脂纤维以及双马来酰亚胺,从而可以有效的降低其膨胀系数,提高其耐热性能,同时降低其使用温度。
具体实施方式
以下结合具体实例对本发明作进一步详述:
实施例1
本聚酰亚胺树脂组合物由以下组分制成:
聚酰亚胺树脂1000g、环氧树脂纤维50g、酚醛树脂纤维60g、双马来酰亚胺150g以及轻质碳酸钙200g。
其制备方法是:将上述组分搅拌均匀,即可。
相比现有的聚酰亚胺树脂产品,本实施例聚酰亚胺树脂组合物具更好的膨胀系数以及耐热性,而且不需要在高温下进行。
实施例2
本聚酰亚胺树脂组合物由以下组分制成:
聚酰亚胺树脂1000g、环氧树脂纤维80g、酚醛树脂纤维100g、双马来酰亚胺80g以及轻质碳酸钙100g。
其制备方法是:将上述组分搅拌均匀,即可。
相比现有的聚酰亚胺树脂产品,本实施例聚酰亚胺树脂组合物具更好的膨胀系数以及耐热性,而且不需要在高温下进行。
实施例3
本聚酰亚胺树脂组合物由以下组分制成:
聚酰亚胺树脂1000g、环氧树脂纤维70g、酚醛树脂纤维120g、双马来酰亚胺120g以及轻质碳酸钙300g。
其制备方法是:将上述组分搅拌均匀,即可。
相比现有的聚酰亚胺树脂产品,本实施例聚酰亚胺树脂组合物具更好的膨胀系数以及耐热性,而且不需要在高温下进行。

1.一种聚酰亚胺树脂组合物,其特征在于由以下重量份数的组分制成:
聚酰亚胺树脂100份、环氧树脂纤维5份~8份、酚醛树脂纤维6份~12份、双马来酰亚胺8份~15份以及轻质碳酸钙10份~30份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的聚酰亚胺树脂组合物,其特征在于:聚酰亚胺树脂100份、环氧树脂纤维5份、酚醛树脂纤维6份、双马来酰亚胺15份以及轻质碳酸钙20份。
3.根据权利要求1所述的聚酰亚胺树脂组合物,其特征在于:聚酰亚胺树脂100份、环氧树脂纤维8份、酚醛树脂纤维10份、双马来酰亚胺8份以及轻质碳酸钙10份。
4.根据权利要求1所述的聚酰亚胺树脂组合物,其特征在于:聚酰亚胺树脂100份、环氧树脂纤维7份、酚醛树脂纤维12份、双马来酰亚胺12份以及轻质碳酸钙30份。
