背景技术
柔性管通常由连接到裙板(skirt)上的管头形成,管头包括用于移除容纳在管中的产品的管颈,而裙板形成了管的能够容置产品的内部空间。
裙板通常由适于具有令人满意的机械强度和密封性能的多层薄板形成。

所述变形被预先成形在插入物6上。因此,这种变形可易于被检测,以允许插入物6被正确地定位并且尤其是被对中在管头1中。实际上,将圆顶与管头1的管颈3对准将使得插入物6被正确地定位,从而使得管头1的台肩2和插入物6的外周端部61被正确保护。这种正确定位还使得插入物6的塑性变形被限制,所述塑性变形可减少插入物6的屏障性能。因此,容纳在管中的产品在被使用之前的储存的时期以持久的方式被有效地保护,并且所述时期通常为管的大部分寿命。所述变形还可在管头1的二次模制期间产生。
这是根据另一实施例(未示出)的情况,形成定位部件的插入物的所述变形可以是凸出的,即,朝内部空间的内部突出。
在这两种情况下,插入物6的所述变形可被构造为与所述管头1的模制冲头(moulding punch)配合。
有利地,插入物6的外周区域64或外周区域64的一部分大致为平坦的。举例而言,对于具有回转体形状的管头1,所述管在直径为D且高度为h的圆柱形空间内部,h/D的比值小于0.1、优选地小于0.08、更优选地小于0.065,直径D与插入物6的直径相对应(如图2所示),在图2中同样已经指示出了所考虑的高度h。
换句话说,即使插入物6具有一个或多个截头锥形部分,插入物6依然具有足够大的顶角(point angle),尤其是大于80°或85°的顶角。
这种特征具有以下优点:通过极尖(即,具有极小的顶角)的圆锥形状限制加于插入物6的应力。实际上,在插入物6被成形时,这种形状导致了插入物6上的应力,并且这种应力可弱化所述插入物6(尤其是金属屏障层)。
在图1、图2和图4中示出的实施例中,外周部分64的几何形状通过将平坦部分65连接至两个连续的截头锥形部分66和67而形成。
在一个变型中,外部部分67可由褶曲边缘形成,褶曲边缘大致轴向地涵盖一很短的长度,所述长度通常小于1毫米或0.5毫米。
图3示出了根据本发明的一个方面的管头1的另一实施例,其中,插入物6呈平坦盘片的形状(除了圆顶)并且因此不需要塑性变形步骤,塑性变形步骤将降低其机械性能,并且尤其是降低插入物的金属层的机械性能,并且更尤其降低允许其充当屏障的性能。
在这些不同的实施例中,外周部分64被安装成与主体11的互补表面接触,然而中心部分63形成了在首次使用之前能够封堵管头1的管颈3的内部密封件,在所述首次使用期间,所述中心部分至少部分地被冲头76穿孔。
平坦的中心部分63和外周部分64的最倾斜的部分(在此情况下为部分67)之间的角度通常介于0°到30°之间,例如介于10°到30°之间或等于30°,从而允许用于形成管头的注塑被简化。替代性地或附加地,平坦部分65和相邻的截头锥形部分66之间的角度例如介于0°到15°之间,尤其介于5°到10°之间。更通常地,两个相邻部分之间的角度例如介于0°到15°之间,尤其介于5°到10°之间。此外,插入物有利地在其平坦部分65和圆顶之间弯曲。所述平坦部分65和其外周区域中的圆顶的切线之间的角度例如介于0°到15°之间,尤其介于5°到10°之间。
在值的这个范围内,插入物的机械性能(尤其是插入物6的金属层的机械性能,以及更尤其是允许插入物充当屏障的性能)不受影响。实际上,插入物仅受到轻微的塑性变形,并且不期望金属层破裂。
在图2和图3中示出的实施例中,管头1的台肩2被二次模制在插入物6上,以便覆盖插入物6的外周边缘61,例如通过形成保持所述插入物6抵靠主体11的互补的平坦表面的内部台肩26并且因此保护插入物6的居间金属层。
使用冲头76(图4)对插入物6进行穿孔必定形成插入物的外周边缘,中间的金属层在所述边缘处露出。然而,考虑到这种管在其首次使用之后的寿命,插入物6在穿孔之后劣化的风险是微不足道的。
实际上,插入物未被穿孔的管的储存寿命(所述储存寿命例如包括管的储存、操作和运输)照惯例比在管首次使用之后的储存寿命要长的多。
在相关联的管的首次使用之前对插入物6进行保护并且因此将所述插入物正确地定位在管头1中是正确地保存容纳在管中的产品是重要的因素,这种保存可由本发明实现。
根据本发明的管头通常与冲头帽盖(例如图4中示出的类型)相关联。
图示的冲头帽盖7是可逆的;冲头帽盖7具有第一端和第二端,第一端设置有内螺纹71,内螺纹71能够与管颈3的外螺纹31配合并且因此能够将冲头帽盖7旋拧到管头1,第二端设置有冲头76,冲头76能够被插入到管颈3中并且能够对插入物6整体或一部分进行穿孔并且尤其能够对封堵管颈3的中心部分63的整体或一部分进行穿孔。
在图4中示出的横截面中,冲头76的尺寸被设置为使得:当冲头帽盖7靠置在管颈3上时,冲头76的穿孔端超过插入物6在管头1中的位置并且能够对插入物6进行穿孔,因此允许使用者制作将管的内部空间和管颈中的内部通道5连通的开口,使得可使用容纳在内部空间中的产品。
Claims (8)
1.一种管头(1),能够被连接至裙板(4)以形成管的内部空间,所述管头(1)包括主体(11),所述主体包括管颈(3)和连接至所述管颈(3)的台肩(2),所述管头(1)进一步包括插入物(6),所述插入物(6)被布置成与所述台肩(2)接触以在所述主体(11)和容纳在所述内部空间中的产品之间形成屏障,所述插入物(6)至少包括平坦的外周部分和中心部分(63),所述中心部分被定位在用于使产品通过所述管颈的通道的延伸部分中,所述中心部分封闭所述管颈(3),
其特征在于,所述插入物包括用于在所述管头(1)中定位的定位部件(8),所述定位部件由位于所述中心部分中的对中部件构成,所述对中部件由所述插入物的所述中心部分的至少一部分的凹入的变形构成。
2.根据权利要求1所述的管头(1),其中,所述对中部件与所述管颈(3)对准。
3.根据权利要求1所述的管头(1),其中,所述变形被预先成形在所述插入物(6)上。
4.根据权利要求1或权利要求2所述的管头(1),其中,所述变形为圆顶状。
5.根据权利要求4所述的管头(1),其中,所述圆顶为圆形的,所述圆顶具有直径Dd和高度hd,其中,
Dd等于或小于所述管颈(3)的内部横截面的直径,和/或
比值hd/Dd小于1/3。
6.一种组件,所述组件包括根据权利要求1至5中任一项所述的管头(1)和被连接至所述管头(1)以形成管的内部空间的柔性的裙板(4),所述内部空间通过所述插入物(6)而与所述管颈(3)分隔开。
7.根据权利要求6所述的组件(1),进一步包括帽盖(7),所述帽盖(7)能够被旋拧到所述管颈(3)上,所述帽盖包括冲头(76),所述冲头(76)适于实现对所述插入物(6)穿孔,以便在所述插入物(6)中制作开口。
8.根据权利要求7所述的组件(1),其中,所述冲头(76)被构造为围绕所述定位部件(8)对所述插入物(6)穿孔。
