技术领域
本发明属于中药领域，尤其涉及一种治疗失眠的中药散剂。
背景技术
失眠的原因不同，治疗的方法也不同，即便同是中药处方，对于不同病因导致失眠患者，治疗失眠中药处方也不同，对于入眠困难，多梦易醒，醒后不能再次入睡，伴有心悸健忘，面色萎黄、肢体困惓、腹胀、大便不爽、舌淡苔薄白等症状，服西药只是临时解决症状，而且副作用很大，常时间服用容易产生依赖性，对肝肾都有影响。
发明内容
本发明的目的是针对上述失眠症状，提供一种能避免药物依赖性、治疗失眠效果好、没有副作用的中药散剂。
本发明采用的技术方案是：一种治疗失眠的中药散剂，其特征在于：由以下按重量配比的中药组成：丹皮12克，栀子12克，柴胡12克，白芍15克，白术12克，当归（酒炒）12克，茯苓15克，生龙骨30克，生牡蛎30克，合欢皮12克，郁金12克。
    本发明中药的使用方法：称取上述药物混合均匀后粉碎成细末，每次取25g搅入适量蜂蜜，以温开水冲服，每晚睡前一小时服用，服用7日疗效显著，14日为一个疗程，两疗程治愈率达96%以上。
    本发明各药物的药理作用如下：
          丹皮：归心、肝、肾经，具有清热凉血、活血散瘀作用。
    栀子：归心、肺、胃、三焦经，具有泻火除烦、清热利湿、凉血解毒、消肿止痛。
    柴胡：归肝、胆经，具有解表退热、疏肝解郁、升举阳气，药理作用能解热镇静、镇痛、抗炎、抗菌作用。
    白术：归脾、胃经，温补扶正、祛除水湿。
    当归：归肝、心、脾经，补血活血。
    茯苓：归脾、心、肾经，利水渗湿、健脾安神。
    合欢皮：入心、肝经，活血消肿，治跌打骨折与疮痈。
郁金：归心、肝、胆经。活血止痛，行气解郁，入血走气，活血行气止痛的作用。
本发明中药配制简单，使用方便，具有镇心安神，行气解郁、泻火除烦、温补扶正功能，疗效好，治疗时间短，不宜复发的特点，有效率95％，治愈率80％，尤其适用于入眠困难，多梦易醒，伴有心悸健忘、舌淡苔薄白等症状。
具体实施方式
实施例
一种治疗失眠的中药散剂，其特征在于：由以下按重量配比的中药组成：丹皮12克，栀子12克，柴胡12克，白芍15克，白术12克，当归（酒炒）12克，茯苓15克，生龙骨30克，生牡蛎30克，合欢皮12克，郁金12克。
    本发明中药的使用方法：称取上述药物混合均匀后粉碎成细末，每次取25g搅入适量蜂蜜，以温开水冲服，每晚睡前一小时服用，服用7日疗效显著，14日为一个疗程，两疗程治愈率达80%以上。
临床一般资料：
本发明在临床上应用多年，共收治病人52 例，其中男性22 例，女性30 例；年龄35-65 岁；病程最长者5 年，最短者半 年。
一、诊断标准：
症状为入睡困难，入睡时间长达30-60 分钟，每晚至少觉醒3 次以上，醒后难以再睡，伴有心悸健忘，面色萎黄、腹胀、大便不爽，连续3 个月以上。
二、疗效评定标准
治愈：睡眠恢复正常，脉象、舌苔转为正常。
好转：睡眠较服药前有所改善，症状减轻，但仍不正常。
无效：服药前后症状、体征无明显改善。
三、治疗效果
服药14 天为一疗程，一般服药一疗程能明显改善症状，两疗程治愈率达80%以上，总有效率95％。
典型病例：
张XX，男，51 岁，入睡困难，入睡时间长达60 分钟以上，醒后难以再睡，伴有心悸健忘，头痛头晕、肢体困惓，服用本发明中药散剂每晚睡前一小时服用，服用14日症状减轻，服用20天症状明显缓解。
