背景技术
在例如汽车和轻型卡车的U形接头/传动轴、转向轴或者万向接头应用中使用的包含密封件的轴承是已知的。
已知的意在用于小的截面中的静态密封件可以例如包含轴向密封,该轴向密封意在阻止碎屑和/或液体进入。然而,在已知的密封件中,轴向唇缘的密封和阻止碎屑和/或液体进入的能力取决于与轴承的杯状凸缘的适当的过盈。不适当的过盈可导致几何形状改变或不适当的密封/无密封或围绕外周部分的不适当的密封/无密封。

发明内容
本发明涉及一种包括轴承杯盖和密封件的轴承组件。密封件具有包覆成型部,该包覆成型部径向向外延伸以在密封件与轴承杯盖的压配合期间产生与轴承杯盖的静态连接。轴承杯盖和密封件两者都具有大致相似的锥度,使得当密封件压入轴承中时,密封件的锥形的包覆成型部随着密封件的座置而压缩并且产生增大的过盈。这类似于“压塞”作用。因此,本发明通过在不需要使用粘合剂或二次操作的情况下使用已知的制造技术提供有效的静态密封。
通过包覆成型部在密封件与轴承杯盖之间产生的静态密封阻止碎屑/液体进入压配合区域中并且不允许碎屑/液体“芯吸”经过密封件的压配合区域。此外,密封件不依赖于折边作用。该设计允许最小的封装尺寸变化和现有技术的封装不可能实现的配合小截面的能力。

其中,所述包覆成型部具有渐缩的或呈锥形的径向外表面,所述径向外表面与所述轴承杯盖的所述锥形内表面紧密接触。
