Abstract

技术领域
本发明涉及润滑油组合物,更详细涉及用于自动变速机中的滑控式湿式离合器(slip-controlledwetclutch)的具有持续时间长的抗振动性能(anti-shudderproperty),且当应用在汽车的带式CVT时,根据特定的试验显示出正梯度的μ-V特性以防止产生带噪音(beltnoise),同时仍维持高的金属间摩擦系数(维持高动力传递能力(powertransmissioncapability)),特别适合于带式无极变速机的润滑油组合物。
背景技术
最近的自动变速机或无级变速机已经要求轻量小型化,且寻求为改进动力传递能力,伴以与变速机组合使用的发动机的功率输出增加。存在控制建在液力变矩器(torqueconverter)内的锁止离合器(lock-upclutch)以低速滑动(滑动锁止控制)的自动变速机或无级变速机。这些变速机已经通过滑动锁止控制进行改进以使通过吸收扭矩改变来改进驾驶感觉且发动机扭矩可有效地传递至变速机机构。一些无级变速机设置有湿式起步离合器,该启步离合器初期允许滑动然后耦合以从停止状态平稳地启动车辆,即所谓的滑动控制。用于在其中进行锁止离合器或起步离合器的滑动控制的变速机用的润滑油,需要提供优异的扭矩容量(torquecapacity)和较少的变速冲击(shiftingshock)以及具有优异且持续时间长的初期抗振动性能。
无级变速机包括带式CVT,该带式CVT包括主动滑轮、从动滑轮、和用于传递动力的由多种元件(下文中称“零件(tops)”)和连接所述元件的带(钢带)或链组成的带。用于这种带式CVT的润滑油已经要求具有冷却性、润滑性、耐磨耗性,并提高金属滑轮(metalpulley)和带之间的摩擦系数以得到优异的动力传递能力。
装备有带式CVT的汽车中,可能发生生成带噪音的现象。已经发现这种现象是由于从动滑轮的旋转的波动造成排列在CVT后面的齿轮的齿轮啮合声音所引起的。也已经发现当带与零件的摩擦系数(μ)的变化相对于滑动速度(V)的变化为负梯度时,发生这种波动(例如,参见专利文献1)。

因此,对于带式CVT和具有滑控式湿式离合器如锁止离合器或起步离合器的无级变速机而言,重要的是长时间维持抗振动性能并显示出正梯度的金属间的μ-V特性以防止带噪音的生成,同时仍维持金属滑轮和金属带之间的高的金属间摩擦系数(维持高动力传递能力)。
照惯例,作为能改进抗带噪音性(anti-belt-noiseproperty)、金属间摩擦系数、和抗振动性能的耐久性的变速机油组合物,例如,专利文献1公开了一种包含共混有磺酸盐、无灰分散剂、酰胺、有机钼化合物和胺系抗氧化剂的基础油,以使传递的能量能保持大,能防止擦伤现象,且此外能长时间保持正梯度的μ-V特性的无级变速机油组合物。专利文献2公开了一种以特定的元素比例包含磷、钙、硼和硫以长时间防止擦伤现象的自动变速机用润滑油组合物。专利文献3公开了一种包含具有特定组成的有机酸金属盐、耐磨耗剂和含硼琥珀酰亚胺作为基本组分以具有较高的金属间摩擦系数和滑动控制机构的抗振动性能二者的无级变速机用润滑油组合物。专利文献4公开了一种包含水杨酸钙、含磷耐磨耗剂、摩擦调整剂和分散型粘度指数改进剂的长期使用的无级变速机用润滑油组合物,该组合物具有较高的金属之间的摩擦系数和滑动控制机构的抗振动性能二者。专利文献5公开了一种包含磺酸钙、磷酸酯、和进一步包含肌氨酸衍生物、或羧酸和胺的反应产物的自动变速机油组合物(automatictransmissionfluidcomposition),该组合物具有持续时间长的滑动控制机构的抗振动性能和持续时间长的防止带式CVT中的擦伤噪音的性能。
然而,抗带噪音性或抗振动性与金属间摩擦系数为折衷关系(trade-offrelationship),因此从这些性能的角度有进一步改进的空间。

发明内容
发明要解决的问题
考虑到上述情况,本发明的目的为提供能长时间维持滑控式湿式离合器的抗振动性能,并根据特定的试验机和试验条件显示出正梯度的μ-V特性以防止产生带噪音,同时仍维持滑轮与带之间高的金属间摩擦系数(维持高动力传递能力),特别适合于带式无极变速机的润滑油组合物。
用于解决问题的方案
由于广泛的研究,本发明是基于发现上述目的可通过分别以特定量和特定量比包含特定的脂肪酸酰胺化合物、含硫添加剂和含磷添加剂的润滑油组合物来实现而完成的。
即,本发明涉及包含润滑油基础油,和基于组合物的总质量的(A)0.5质量%以上的由式(1)表示的脂肪酸酰胺化合物,(B)0.05质量%以上的噻二唑(thiadiazole),和(C)0.1质量%以上的含磷添加剂,且以按硫原子换算为0.2质量%以上的量包含硫和以按磷原子换算为0.2质量%以下的量包含磷,硫原子换算的质量%(sulfurbasispercentbymass)/磷原子换算的质量%(phosphorusbasispercentbymass)的比率(S/P)为3.0到5.0的润滑油组合物。
其中R1为具有10-30个碳原子的烷基或烯基,R2、R3、R5和R6各自独立地为氢或具有1-3个碳原子的烷基,R7为氢或具有1-30个碳原子的烷基或烯基,R4为具有1-4个碳原子的烯基,k为0-6的整数,m为0-2的整数,且n、p和r各自为0-1的整数。
优选地,本发明的润滑油组合物进一步以基于组合物的总质量为0.05质量%以上的量包括(D)聚硫化物。
优选地,(D)聚硫化物为由式(5)表示的硫化烯烃:

发明的效果

本发明的润滑油组合物也具有除了上述这些以外的变速机油需要的优异的性能,因此适合用于汽车、建筑机械、农业机械的自动或手动变速机和差动齿轮。此外,所述润滑油组合物也可用作工业用齿轮油;用于汽车如两轮车和四轮车用、发电用和船用的汽油机、柴油机或煤气发动机的润滑油,汽轮机油(turbineoil)和压缩机油。

不特别限定本发明的润滑油组合物的润滑油基础油,该润滑油基础油可为通常用于润滑油中的矿物油系基础油或合成系基础油。
矿物油系基础油的具体实例包括润滑油馏分(将原油常压蒸馏得到的常压蒸馏残油(bottomoil)减压蒸馏产生)进行选自溶剂脱沥青、溶剂抽提、氢化裂解、溶剂脱蜡和加氢精制的任何一种以上的处理产生的那些;蜡异构化矿物油;和由异构化GTL蜡(气变液蜡(GastoLiquidWax))产生的那些。
用于本发明的矿物油系基础油优选为氢化裂解的矿物油系基础油。可选地,所述矿物油系基础油更优选蜡异构化的异链烷烃基础油,其通过将包含50质量%以上的蜡如石油基蜡或费托合成油的原料油异构化来产生。这些基础油可单独或组合使用。

用于本发明的润滑油基础油可为上述矿物油系基础油和合成系基础油的任一种或由此选择的两种以上类型的混合物。例如,基础油可为一种以上的矿物油系基础油,一种以上的合成系基础油,或一种以上的矿物油系基础油和一种以上的合成系基础油的混合油。
不特别限定本发明的润滑油基础油的动力粘度。然而,润滑油基础油优选这样调整以使100℃动力粘度优选为2至8mm2/s,更优选为2.5至6mm2/s,特别优选为3至4.5mm2/s,最优选为3至3.5mm2/s。不优选具有高于8mm2/s的100℃动力粘度的基础油,因为得到的润滑油组合物的低温粘度特性差,同时也不优选具有低于2mm2/s的100℃动力粘度的基础油,因为得到的润滑油组合物由于其在润滑部位形成不充足的油膜而润滑性差、和润滑油基础油的蒸发损失大。
不特别限定润滑油基础油的粘度指数,然而优选为100以上,更优选为120以上且通常为200以下,优选为160以下。使用具有大于100的粘度指数的润滑油基础油使其能产生显示出从低温到高温的优异的粘度特性的化合物。同时,如果粘度指数太高,得到的组合物将倾向于在低温下粘度高。
为了改进润滑油组合物的低温粘度特性和粘度指数,基础油优选为选自具有100以上的粘度指数和2mm2/s以上且低于3.5mm2/s的100℃动力粘度的低粘度基础油、和具有100以上的粘度指数和3.5mm2/s以上且4.5mm2/s以下的100℃动力粘度的相对高粘度基础油的具有120以上的粘度指数的两种以上的基础油的组合。特别地,混合这些基础油有利于改进省燃费性(fuelsavingproperty)。
上述低粘度基础油的粘度指数优选为105以上,更优选为110以上同时相对高粘度基础油的粘度指数优选为110以上,更优选为120以上。
不特别限定用于本发明的润滑油基础油的硫含量,然而,优选为0.1质量%以下,更优选为0.05质量%以下,更优选为0.01质量%以下,特别优选为0.005质量%以下,最优选实质上为0。具有优异的氧化稳定性的组合物可通过减少润滑油基础油的硫含量来产生。
不特别限定润滑油基础油的蒸发损失,然而,NOACK蒸发损失优选为10质量%至50质量%,更优选为20质量%至40质量%,特别优选为22质量%至35质量%。使用具有调整在上述范围的NOACK蒸发损失的润滑油基础油使其能实现低温特性和耐磨耗性。用于此处的术语“NOACK蒸发损失”表示根据CECL-40-T-87测量的蒸发损失。
本发明的润滑油组合物的组分(A)为下式(1)表示的脂肪酸酰胺化合物:
式(1)中,R1为具有10-30个碳原子的烷基或烯基,优选直链烷基或烯基、或具有一个甲基作为取代基的直链烷基或烯基。R2和R3各自独立地为氢或具有1-3个碳原子的烷基,特别优选氢。R4为具有1-4个碳原子的烯基,特别优选具有2个碳原子的烯基。R5和R6各自独立地为氢或具有1-3个碳原子的烷基,特别优选氢。R7为氢或具有1-30个碳原子的烷基或烯基,优选具有10-30个碳原子的直链烷基或烯基。优选地,k为0-6、优选1-4的整数,m为0-2的整数,且n、p和r各自独立地为0或1的整数。
式(1)的优选形式中,R1为具有12个以上、更优选16个以上、最优选为18个以上且26个以下,更优选24个以下的碳原子的直链烷基或烯基。主链为直链烷基或烯基,更优选在羰基的α位具有甲基的基团。优选地,R7的形式与R1的相同。具有10个以上的碳原子的R1和R7使其能产生具有改进的抗带噪音性的润滑油组合物。不优选具有超过30个的碳原子的R1和R7,因为得到的组合物的低温下的粘度特性将劣化。
优选地,k为2以上且4以下的整数。优选地,m为0或1的整数,最优选为0。优选地,p为1的整数,且优选r为0的整数。结果组合物能显示出增强的抗带噪音性。
用于本发明的组分(B)的结构,如果其为噻二唑,则不特别限定。这种噻二唑的实例包括由下式(2)表示的1,3,4-噻二唑化合物、由下式(3)表示的1,2,4-噻二唑化合物和由下式(4)表示的1,4,5-噻二唑化合物。
式(2)至(4)中,R22、R23、R24、R25、R26和R27可相同或互不相同,且各自独立地为氢或具有1-30个碳原子的烃基,且g、h、i、j、k和l各自独立地为0-8的整数。
具有1-30个碳原子的烃基的实例包括烷基、环烷基、烷基环烷基(alkylcycloalkyl)、烯基、芳基、烷芳基和芳烷基。
本发明中,出于改进金属间摩擦系数的目的并考虑到耐磨耗性和耐咬合性,基于润滑油组合物的总质量,以0.05质量%以上的量,优选0.1质量%以上且优选1.5质量%以下,更优选1.2质量%以下,更优选1质量%以下,最优选0.5质量%以下,添加组分(B)。如组分(B)的量超过1.5质量%,得到的组合物的耐咬合性将向相反方向劣化。
本发明的润滑油组合物包括含磷添加剂作为组分(C)。
含磷添加剂,如果在其分子中含磷,则不特别限定。含磷添加剂的实例包括都具有1-30个碳原子的烃基的磷酸单酯类、磷酸二酯类、磷酸三酯类、亚磷酸单酯类、亚磷酸二酯类、亚磷酸三酯类、硫代磷酸单酯类、硫代磷酸二酯类、硫代磷酸三酯类、硫代亚磷酸单酯类、硫代亚磷酸二酯类、硫代亚磷酸三酯类,这些酯类、以及胺类或烷醇胺类的盐类,或金属盐类如这些酯的锌盐。
具有1-30个碳原子的烃基的实例包括烷基、环烷基、烯基、烷基取代的环烷基、芳基、烷基取代的芳基和芳烷基。添加剂中可包含一种以上的基团。
本发明中,含磷添加剂优选具有4-20个碳原子的烷基或6-12个碳原子的(烷基)芳基的亚磷酸酯或磷酸酯。
可选地,含磷添加剂更优选选自具有4-20个碳原子的烷基的亚磷酸酯和具有6-12个碳原子的(烷基)芳基的亚磷酸酯的两个以个的混合物。
此外,含磷添加剂更优选具有6或7个碳原子的(烷基)芳基的亚磷酸酯如亚磷酸苯酯,和/或具有4-8个碳原子的烷基的亚磷酸酯。这些含磷添加剂中,最优选亚磷酸二丁酯(dibutylphosphite)。
烷基可为直链但更优选支化的。这是因为具有少量碳原子或支化的烷基导致较高的金属间摩擦系数。
本发明的润滑油组合物中的含磷添加剂的含量为0.1质量%以上,通常为0.1质量%至5质量%,基于润滑油组合物的总质量。
该含量优选0.001质量%至0.2质量%,基于磷浓度。出于进一步提高对金属材料的耐磨耗性和金属间摩擦系数的目的,含量优选0.005质量%以上,更优选0.01质量%以上,特别优选0.02质量%以上。同时,含量优选0.15质量%以下,更优选0.1质量%以下,特别优选0.08质量%以下。如果含量超过0.15质量%,润滑油组合物将劣化氧化稳定性或不利地影响密封材料。
必要地,本发明的润滑油组合物的硫含量以硫原子换算为0.2质量%以上,同时组合物中磷含量以磷原子换算为0.2质量%以下。
组合物中,硫含量的以硫原子换算的质量%和磷含量的以磷原子换算的质量%的比(硫原子换算的质量%/磷原子换算的质量%的比率(S/P))必须为3.0至5.0。
将含磷添加剂基于磷的含量(P)和润滑油组合物中硫含量(S)的质量比调整至上述范围使其能产生具有持续时间长的耐磨耗性和耐咬合性、同时保持较高的金属间摩擦系数的润滑油组合物。特别地,如果S/P比率超过5.0,将劣化耐咬合性。假定这是由含磷添加剂和含硫添加剂之间对耐咬合性的不同作用机制引起的,且已经发现其间的平衡是重要的。
优选地,本发明的润滑油组合物进一步包括聚硫化物作为组分(D)。聚硫化物的实例包括硫化油脂类、硫化烯烃类和二烃基聚硫化物类。
硫化油脂的实例包括油如硫化猪油、硫化菜籽油、硫化蓖麻油、硫化大豆油和硫化米糠油;二硫化脂肪酸如硫化油酸;和硫化酯如硫化油酸甲酯。
硫化烯烃的实例包括由式(5)表示的化合物:

其中R1为具有2-15个碳原子的烯基,R2为具有2-15个碳原子的烷基或烯基,且x为1-8的整数、优选2以上、特别优选4以上。
所述化合物可通过具有2-15个碳原子的烯烃或其二聚物至四聚物与硫或硫化剂例如氯化硫反应来产生。
这种烯烃优选丙烯、异丁烯或二异丁烯。
二烃基聚硫化物为由式(6)表示的化合物:

式(6)中,R3和R4各自独立地为具有1-20个碳原子的烷基(包括环烷基),具有6-20个碳原子的芳基,或具有7-20个碳原子的芳烷基或烷芳基且可相同或互不相同,且y为2-8的整数。
R3和R4的具体实例包括甲基、乙基、正丙基、异丙基、正丁基、异丁基、仲丁基、叔丁基、各种戊基、各种己基、各种庚基、各种辛基、各种壬基、各种癸基、各种十二烷基、环烷基、苯基、萘基、甲苯基、二甲苯基、苄基和苯乙基。
二烃基聚硫化物的优选实例包括二苄基聚硫化物、二-叔壬基聚硫化物(di-tert-nonylpolysulfide)、二(十二烷基)聚硫化物(didodecylpolysulfide)、二-叔丁基聚硫化物(di-tert-butylpolysulfide)、二辛基聚硫化物(dioctylpolysulfide)、二苯基聚硫化物(diphenylpolysulfide)和二环己基聚硫化物(dicyclohexylpolysulfide)。
用于本发明的组分(D),即聚硫化物优选硫化烯烃类,最优选由式(5)表示的那个,其中x为4-8的整数。
本发明中,出于改进金属间摩擦系数的目的并考虑到耐磨耗性和耐咬合性,基于润滑油组合物的总质量,以0.05质量%以上的量,优选0.1质量%以上且优选1.5质量%以下,更优选1.2质量%以下,更优选1质量%以下,最优选0.5质量%以下,添加组分(D)。如果组分(D)的量超过1.5质量%,得到的组合物将大大劣化氧化稳定性。
本发明中,可单独或组合地将摩擦调整剂和/或金属系清洁剂共混于本发明的润滑油组合物中。本发明的组合物中这些添加剂的共混使其能产生较适合于装备有湿式摩擦离合器的带式无级变速机的润滑油组合物。
可与本发明的润滑油组合物组合使用的摩擦调整剂可为通常用作润滑油用的摩擦调整剂的任何化合物。这种化合物的实例包括各自具有在其分子中的具有6-30个碳原子的烷基或烯基、特别是具有6-30个碳原子的直链烷基或烯基的胺化合物、脂肪酸酰胺和脂肪酸金属盐。
上述示例的胺化合物包括为与聚胺的反应产物的琥珀酰亚胺。这些包括被硼化合物或磷化合物改性的那些。
胺化合物的实例包括各自具有6-30个碳原子的直链或支化的、优选直链脂族一元胺和脂族聚胺,这些脂族胺的环氧烷烃加合物,这些胺化合物和磷酸酯或亚磷酸酯的盐,和这些胺化合物的(亚)磷酸酯盐的硼酸改性产物。
特别优选胺化合物的环氧烷烃加合物;这些胺化合物和磷酸酯的盐(例如,二-2-乙基己基磷酸酯(di-2-ethylhexylphosphate)),这些胺化合物和亚磷酸酯(例如,二-2-乙基己基亚磷酸酯(di-2-ethylhexylphosphite))的盐;这些胺化合物的(亚)磷酸酯盐的硼酸改性产品;和其混合物。
脂肪酸金属盐的实例包括具有7-31个碳原子的直链或支化的、优选直链脂肪酸的碱土金属盐(镁盐、钙盐)和锌盐。更具体地,特别优选月桂酸钙、肉豆蔻酸钙、棕榈酸钙、硬脂酸钙、油酸钙、椰油脂肪酸钙、具有12或13个碳原子的合成混合脂肪酸钙、月桂酸锌、肉豆蔻酸锌、棕榈酸锌、硬脂酸锌、油酸锌、椰油脂肪酸锌、具有12或13个碳原子的合成混合脂肪酸锌,和其混合物。
本发明中,选自这些摩擦调整剂的任何一种以上的化合物可以任何量共混但其含量通常优选为0.01质量%至5质量%,更优选为0.03质量%至3质量%,基于润滑油组合物的总质量。
可与本发明的润滑油组合物组合使用的金属系清洁剂可为通常用作润滑油用的金属系清洁剂的任何化合物。例如,可组合使用碱金属或碱土金属有磺酸盐、苯酚盐(phenates)、水杨酸盐和环烷酸盐。碱金属的实例包括钠和钾。碱土金属的实例包括钙和镁。更具体地,金属系清洁剂优选钙或镁的磺酸盐、苯酚盐、水杨酸盐。这些金属系清洁剂中,优选使用磺酸钙。
这些金属系清洁剂的总碱值为0mgKOH/g至500mgKOH/g,且其含量优选0.001质量%至0.5质量%,基于润滑油组合物的总质量,以碱金属或碱土金属计。出于防止因为离合器板的摩擦材料的堵塞而使摩擦系数减少的目的,上限值优选为0.1质量%,特别优选为0.05质量%以下。
为了进一步提高本发明的润滑油组合物的性能,可与传统的润滑油添加剂如无灰分散剂、粘度指数改进剂、抗氧化剂、腐蚀抑制剂、消泡剂和着色剂的任一种以上进行共混。
可与本发明的润滑油组合物组合使用的无灰分散剂可为用作润滑油用的无灰分散剂的任何化合物。这种化合物的实例包括在其分子中具有至少一个具有40-400个、优选60-350个碳原子的烷基或烯基的含氮化合物,具有40-400个、优选60-350个碳原子的烯基的双型或单型琥珀酰亚胺,和允许这些化合物与硼酸、磷酸、羧酸反应产生的改性产物或其衍生物,或硫化合物。可组合使用任何一种以上的这些化合物。
此处提到的烷基或烯基可为直链或支化的,但优选源于烯烃如丙烯、1-丁烯或异丁烯的低聚物,或乙烯和丙烯的低聚物的支化的烷基或烯基。烷基或烯基优选源于由丁烯混合物或高纯度异丁烯与氯化铝系催化剂或氟化硼系催化剂异构化而产生的聚合物的聚丁烯基团,特别优选移除卤素化合物的这些。
如果烷基或烯基的碳数少于40,无灰分散剂的清洁分散性差。同时,如果烷基或烯基的碳数超过400,得到的润滑油组合物将劣化低温流动性。虽然这些化合物的含量可任意选择,但优选0.1质量%至10质量%,更优选1质量%至8质量%,基于润滑油组合物的总质量。出于进一步改进变速特性(shiftingproperty)的目的,可与本发明的润滑油组合物组合使用的无灰分散剂特别优选具有聚丁烯基团且重均分子量为700至3,500、优选900至2,000的琥珀酰亚胺,和/或其硼酸改性化合物。出于提高避免湿式离合器剥离(peel-off)的能力的目的,将无灰分散剂与优选硼酸改性的琥珀酰亚胺共混,更优选将硼酸改性的琥珀酰亚胺作为一类组分。
可与本发明的润滑油组合物组合使用的粘度指数改进剂的具体实例包括非分散型粘度指数改进剂如选自各种甲基丙烯酸酯或其加氢化合物的一种以上的单体的共聚物,和分散型粘度指数改进剂如进一步包括氮化合物的各种甲基丙烯酸酯的共聚物。其它粘度指数改进剂的具体实例包括非分散型或分散型乙烯-α-烯烃共聚物或其加氢化合物,其中α-烯烃可为丙烯、1-丁烯、1-戊烯;聚异丁烯或其加氢化合物;苯乙烯-二烯加氢聚合物;苯乙烯-马来酸酐酯共聚物;和聚烷基苯乙烯。
考虑到其剪切稳定性,必须选择这些粘度指数改进剂的分子量。具体地,非分散型或分散型聚甲基丙烯酸酯的数均分子量为5,000至150,000,优选为5,000至35,000。聚异丁烯或其加氢化合物的数均分子量为800至5,000,优选1,000至4,000。乙烯-α-烯烃共聚物或其加氢化合物的数均分子量为800至150,000,优选3,000至12,000。这些粘度指数改进剂中,使用乙烯-α-烯烃共聚物或其加氢化合物使其能产生剪切稳定性特别优异的润滑油组合物。选自这些粘度指数改进剂的一种以上的化合物可以任何量与本发明的润滑油组合物共混。然而,粘度指数改进剂的含量通常为0.1质量%至40.0质量%,基于组合物的总质量。
抗氧化剂可为任何通常已用于润滑油的抗氧化剂,如苯酚系化合物或胺系化合物。抗氧化剂的具体实例包括烷基酚类如2-6-二-叔丁基-4-甲酚;双酚类如亚甲基-4,4-双酚(2,6-二-叔丁基-4-甲酚);萘胺类如苯基-α-萘胺;二烷基二苯基胺(dialkyldiphenylamine)类;二烷基二硫代磷酸锌类如二-2-乙基己基二硫代磷酸锌;和(3,5-二-叔丁基-4-羟基苯)脂肪酸(丙酸)与一元醇或多元醇如甲醇、十八烷醇、1,6-己二醇、新戊二醇、硫二甘醇、三乙二醇、和季戊四醇的酯。可以任何量包含选自这些化合物的任何一种以上的化合物,然而,通常为0.01质量%至5质量%,基于组合物的总质量。
可与本发明的润滑油组合物组合使用的腐蚀抑制剂可为通常已经用作润滑油用的腐蚀抑制剂的任何化合物。这种化合物的实例包括苯并三唑系、甲基苯并三唑(tolyltriazole)系、噻二唑系、和咪唑系化合物。可以任何量包含选自这些化合物的任何一种以上的化合物,然而,通常为0.01质量%至3.0质量%,基于组合物的总质量。
可与本发明的润滑油组合物组合使用的消泡剂可为通常已经用作润滑油用的消泡剂的任何化合物。这种化合物的实例包括硅酮如二甲基硅酮和氟硅酮。可以任何量包含选自这些化合物的任何一种以上的化合物,然而,通常为0.001质量%至0.05质量%,基于组合物的总质量。
可与本发明的变速机用润滑油组合物组合使用的着色剂可为任何着色剂且以任何量包含,然而,希望是0.001质量%至1.0质量%,基于润滑油组合物的总质量。
实施例
下文中将通过下述实施例和比较例详细描述本发明,这些实施例和比较例不应解释为限制本发明的范围。
(实施例1至11和比较例1至11)
制备表1示出的实施例1至11和比较例1至11的润滑油组合物,并进行下述试验,其结果也示出于表1中。表1中,基础油的比率基于基础油的总质量,各添加剂的量基于组合物的总质量。
(1)根据ASTMD2783的高速四球试验法(four-ballextremepressuretestmethod)评价最大非咬合载荷(lastnon-seizureload,LNSL)
(2)根据ASTMD4172的高速四球试验法评价磨痕直径(scardiameter)
(3)根据ASTMD3233的法莱克斯咬合试验(falexseizuretest)评价咬合载荷
(4)根据JASO法(高载荷法)M358:2005的LFW-1试验评价金属间摩擦系数
本发明的发明人已发现与带噪音相关的评价方法。具体地,所述方法是使用下式计算的“b”值在60℃和100℃的油温下为负,其中X为使用LFW-1试验机在2000N的载荷下在1秒内滑动速度从0m/s等速加速到0.3m/s之后,从1秒后至3秒后,以2/100秒的时间间隔测定的时间,且Y为各X下的扭矩。具有“b”为负的润滑油不太可能生成带噪音。

显然如表1所示,以少于0.5质量%的量包含对应于由式(1)表示的脂肪酸酰胺化合物即组分(A)的摩擦调整剂(A)-1的比较例1的组合物显示出表示抗带噪音性的值为正,因此抗噪音性能差。不包含组分(B)噻二唑的比较例11的组合物的由LFW-1试验评价的金属间摩擦系数低于包含噻二唑的实施例4的组合物。不包括组分(C)含磷化合物的比较例4的组合物的由高速四球试验评价的最大非咬合载荷(LNSL)较低,且磨耗迹径大。
不以0.2质量%以上的量包含硫的比较例2、4、5和11的组合物的金属间摩擦系数较低,其原因之一是缺乏组分(B)。不包括含硫添加剂的比较例2的组合物被认为劣化抗振动性能的耐久性(LVFA耐久性试验)。其中大量包含硫、但以按磷原子换算为0.2质量%以下的量包含磷、且硫原子换算的质量%/磷原子换算的质量%的比率(S/P)脱离3.0至5.0的范围的比较例3的组合物,被发现抗带噪音性不足。
Claims (4)
1.一种润滑油组合物,其包括具有0.01质量%以下的硫含量的润滑油基础油和基于所述组合物的总质量的:
(A)0.5质量%以上的由式(1)表示的脂肪酸酰胺化合物;
(B)0.05质量%以上的噻二唑;和
(C)0.1质量%以上的含磷添加剂,
且所述组合物以按硫原子换算为0.2质量%以上的量包含硫和以按磷原子换算为0.2质量%以下的量包含磷,硫原子换算的质量%/磷原子换算的质量%的比率S/P为3.0到5.0,
其中使用下式计算的“b”值在60℃和100℃的油温下为负,其中X为使用LFW-1试验机在2000N的载荷下在1秒内滑动速度从0m/s等速加速到0.3m/s之后,从1秒后至3秒后,以2/100秒的时间间隔测定的时间,且Y为各X下的扭矩:

2.根据权利要求1所述的润滑油组合物,所述润滑油组合物进一步以基于所述组合物的总质量为0.05质量%以上的量包括(D)聚硫化物。
3.根据权利要求2所述的润滑油组合物,其中所述(D)聚硫化物为由式(5)表示的硫化烯烃:

其中R1为具有2-15个碳原子的烯基,R2为具有2-15个碳原子的烷基或烯基,且x为4-8的整数。
4.根据权利要求1至3任一项所述的润滑油组合物,其中(C)含磷添加剂为具有6-7个碳原子的芳基或烷基芳基的亚磷酸酯和/或具有4-8个碳原子的烷基的亚磷酸酯。
