Abstract

Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种用于容置过滤器单元的过滤器外壳,所述过滤器外壳包括进气口和发动机排气口。本发明还涉及一种用于所述空气过滤器外壳的过滤器单元。
背景技术
用于卡车的燃式发动机的已知空气过滤器装置通常具有连接到空气压缩机的额外排气口,所述空气压缩机用于车载的各种压缩空气消耗装置。从额外排气口通向压缩机的软管目前通常装配到吹制成型的空气管道系统中的一个或多个管道上的管桩,所述空气管道系统将空气从发动机排气口引向发动机。
因此,吹制成型的空气管道系统的构造是复杂的并且流过空气管道的空气受到不利影响,从而使得跨过所述系统的压降增加,导致发动机的较高燃料消耗。在压缩机将空气吸入时,所述压缩机消耗在流入发动机途中的空气的一部分,从而还干扰对通向发动机的质量流的测量。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提出一种具有额外排气口的过滤器外壳,所述额外排气口最小化通向发动机的空气流的负面影响。

因此,在本发明的一个方面中,过滤器外壳具有额外排气口以及定位在过滤器单元和发动机排气口之间的通向额外排气口的空气孔,所述孔沿发动机排气口的周边延伸。这意味着通向额外排气口的已过滤空气能够在连接到发动机的空气管道之前在过滤器外壳中被提取,结果是已过滤主流能够不受干扰地通过所述管道继续流动,因为额外排气口接下来可以定位在过滤器外壳上。结果是对质量流计造成较少干扰或不造成干扰,因此所述质量流计将会更易于放置在空气管道上。仅需要压缩机软管的一个斜面(run),而不需要用于每个空气管道的斜面。
在本发明的一个实施方式中,空气孔被限定在过滤器外壳的盖部和过滤器单元的上侧之间。因此,盖部和过滤器单元之间的现有接口可以容易且有效地被打开以形成空气孔。
空气孔接下来可以包括向上且向外倾斜延伸的缝隙。已过滤空气的一部分接下来可以在不造成干扰的情况下被有效地平均分配给额外排气口。
在所述实施方式中,额外排气口还可以定位在过滤器外壳的盖部上,使得可以在空气管道连接到发动机之前使用标准化连接件来将空气更直接地送到压缩机。
还可以存在环形空气管道,其被限定在过滤器外壳的盖部和过滤器单元的上侧之间以将已过滤空气在空气孔和额外排气口之间转移。

具体实施方式
在附图中描绘的空气过滤器装置以已知方式包括用于容置过滤器单元或过滤器盒50的细长的空气过滤器外壳10,所述过滤器单元或过滤器盒包括基本上半圆筒形的空气过滤器52。待过滤的空气穿过过滤器外壳10的外部的进气口20(图1)进入过滤器单元50和过滤器外壳10之间的环形空间中,并且在穿过过滤器52之后,继续通过过滤器外壳10的上侧上的盖部30中的发动机排气口40。所述发动机排气口40本身适于经由相继布置的空气管道42、80连接到燃式发动机的未描绘的进气口。
