Description
Process for the production of building structures, in particular building boards. The invention relates to a United drive for the production of structures, in particular building panels. The new method has the advantage that it can be carried out on the construction site even with the simplest tools and with the help of materials available on most construction sites, even by untrained workers, whereby high-quality heat and moisture-insulating structures can still be obtained.
The process is characterized in that plant parts, soil and a disintegrating agent are mixed and the mass is shaped while it is moist. As parts of plants, green or dry leaves, e.g. B. tree leaves, pine needles, grass, etc., as earth z. B. humus earth, forest earth, meadow earth, clay, etc. can be used. A dilute acid, e.g. B. dilute hydrochloric or sulfuric acid, or a base, e.g. B. water glass can be used. The method can e.g. B. be carried out as follows: dry leaves are moistened with chlorinated milk of lime. Then earth is mixed with water to a thick paste.
The leaves treated with chlorinated milk of lime be mixed with the resulting pulp and the mixture is poured into molds. The mixture is pulped into the mold and then pressed a little, e.g. B. with a board weighted with stones, etc. The form can be opened after a few minutes ge. The plate created in this way is ready for use after a few days.
Building boards that are exposed to the weather and moisture are expediently given a cement spread before drying. The latter is advantageously made from a mixture of five parts sand and one part cement. Such a spread binds well with the plate. It does not splinter when hardening and also withstands mechanical stresses. Are the plates z. B. used as roof tiles, then they are provided with this cement mortar spread.
The panels produced according to the process can be used for the production of huts, barracks, for lining trenches, bunkers, etc.
Cement or plaster of paris can also be added to the mixture, but a durable board can be obtained without the addition of these substances.
The structures could also be reinforced with metal, wood, etc.
