Description
Verfahren zur Herstellung geschweisster, trommelförmiger Läufer für Dampf- und Gasturbinen. Die Erfindung betrifft ein Verfahren zur Herstellung geschweisster, trommelförmiger Läufer für Dampf- und Gasturbinen und einen nach dem Verfahren hergestellten geschweiss ten, trommelförmigen Läufer für Dampf- und Gasturbinen. Das Verfahren besteht darin, dass die den Läufer bildenden scheibenförmigen Bauteile zunächst je mit den Laufschaufeln des zugehörigen Kranzes durch Schweissung und dann miteinander durch Schweissnähte am Umfang der Läuferbauteile verbunden werden.
Der nach dem Verfahren hergestellte Läufer ist dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die den Läufer bildenden scheibenförmigen Bau teile je mit den Laufschaufeln des zugehörigen Kranzes durch Schweissung und miteinander durch Schweissnähte am Umfang der Läufer bauteile verbunden sind. Bei nach diesem Ver fahren hergestellten Läufern können die ein zelnen scheibenförmigen Bauteile des Läufers mit Zentrierflächen versehen sein.
Die Befestigung von Laufschaufeln an Läufern durch Schweissen bildet oft wegen mangelnder Zugänglichkeit Schwierigkeiten. Der Vorteil der Erfindung besteht darin, dass eine einwandfreie Schweissverbindung zwischen den Laufschaufeln und den Scheiben erfolgen kann, da die Schweissstellen für die Befestigung der Laufschaufeln an den scheibenförmigen Läuferelementen zugänglich sind, solange die scheibenförmigen Läuferelemente noch nicht zum Läufer vereinigt sind.
In der beiliegenden Zeichnung ist ein Aus führungsbeispiel der Erfindung schematisch angegeben.
In der Abbildung stellt 1 ein scheiben förmiges Läuferelement dar, an welchem die Laufschaufeln 2 durch Schweissnähte. 3 be festigt sind. Die scheibenförmigen Elemente 4 stehen in Verbindung mit den Wellenenden 5, welche eine Verdickung 6 aufweisen, die für die Befestigung der Stopfbüchse dienen. Um einen genauen Zusammenbau der einzelnen scheibenförmigen Läuferelemente zu erzielen, sind die einzelnen Scheiben mit Zentrier- :Rächen 7 versehen. Die scheibenförmigen Läuferelemente 1 und 4 sind miteinander durch Schweissnähte 8 am Umfang der Läufer bauteile verbunden.

The method consists in that the disc-shaped components forming the rotor are first connected to the rotor blades of the associated ring by welding and then to each other by weld seams on the circumference of the rotor components.

In the case of runners produced according to this process, the individual disc-shaped components of the runner can be provided with centering surfaces.
The fastening of rotor blades to rotors by welding is often difficult because of the lack of accessibility. The advantage of the invention is that a perfect welded connection can be made between the rotor blades and the disks, since the welding points for fastening the rotor blades to the disk-shaped rotor elements are accessible as long as the disk-shaped rotor elements are not yet combined to form the rotor.
In the accompanying drawing, an exemplary embodiment from the invention is shown schematically.
In the figure, 1 represents a disk-shaped rotor element, on which the rotor blades 2 are welded. 3 are fastened. The disk-shaped elements 4 are in connection with the shaft ends 5, which have a thickening 6, which are used for fastening the stuffing box. In order to achieve a precise assembly of the individual disk-shaped rotor elements, the individual disks are provided with centering teeth 7. The disc-shaped rotor elements 1 and 4 are connected to one another by welds 8 on the circumference of the rotor components.
