Abstract
L'invention porte sur la détection différentielle de lumière directement rétrodiffusée à partir des tissus épithéliaux afin d'analyser la distribution de la dimension des noyaux cellulaires de manière à détecter les dysplasies dans le tissu. La lumière directement rétrodiffusée par le tissu superficiel est séparée de la lumière rétrodiffusée par les tissus sous-jacents au moyen d'une polarisation, d'une distribution angulaire ou de ces deux procédés à la fois. L'invention porte aussi bien sur des systèmes de mesure par points que sur des systèmes d'imagerie, et concerne également des systèmes optiques de diffusion et de captage de lumière comprenant des systèmes endoscopiques et des systèmes à fibre optique.
