Abstract
COMPONENTE DE GASOLINA ALIFáTICA, COMPOSIçãO DE COMBUSTìVEL DE GASOLINA, E, PROCESSO PARA PREPARAR UM COMPONENTE DE GASOLINA ALIFáTICA. Um componente de gasolina alifática compreendendo mais do que 90% em peso de uma mistura de compostos trimetil-substituídos e compostos monometil-substituídos em uma razão em peso de compostos de trimetila para compostos de monometila de pelo menos 0,03 e no qual os compostos podem ser parafinas e olefinas. A invenção também se refere a um processo para preparar um componente de gasolina alifática por (a) contato de um produto de síntese de Fischer-Tropsch com um sistema catalítico compreendendo um catalisador, cujo catalisador compreende uma matriz ácida e uma peneira molecular de poro grande em um reator de coluna vertical em uma temperatura entre 450<198>C e 650<198>C em um tempo de contato de entre 1 segundo e 10 segundos e em uma razão de catalisador para óleo de entre 2 kg/kg e 20 kg/kg, (b) isolamento do produto da etapa (a) de uma fração de gasolina e de uma fração compreendendo iso-butano e iso-butileno; (c) sujeição dos iso-butano e iso-butileno obtidos na etapa (b) a uma etapa de alquilação para preparar um pentano trimetil-substituído, e (d) combinação da fração de gasolina obtida na etapa (1,) com o produto rico em pentano trimetil substituído como obtido na etapa (c).
