Abstract

PROCESSO PARA ISOLAMENTO DE ALCALóIDES DA ERGOTINA DA CRAVAGEM. A presente invenção refere-se aos alcalóides da ergotina que são isolados da cravagem em altos rendimentos e pureza através de um processo que inclui a extração de Claviceps purpurea, isto é, com uma mistura de solvente de tolueno/etanol para a obtenção de um extrato primário. O extrato primário pode ser adicionalmente submetido a duas etapas de extração líquido-líquido para a purificação dos alcalóides resultando em um estrato de tolueno purificado. O extrato de tolueno pode ainda ser parcialmente evaporado e um produto cristalino obito através da cristalização do tolueno ou de uma mistura de tolueno e um hidrocarboneto alifático.
