Abstract
"MéTODO PARA PREPARAçãO DE UM CONCENTRADO AQUOSO DE ABRILHANTADOR óPTICO/PVOH, MéTODO PARA PREPARAçãO DE UMA COMPOSIçãO DE REVESTIMENTO COLORIDA E MéTODO PARA PREPARAçãO DE UMA COMPOSIçãO AQUOSA INCLUINDO UM ABRILHANTADOR óPTICO E UMA RESINA DE áLCOOL POLIVINìLICO". A presente invenção se refere, de modo geral, a um método aperfeiçoado para preparar composições aquosas de revestimento incluindo um abrilhantador óptico e uma resina de álcool polivinílico, o aperfeiçoamento sendo direcionado ao cozimento de uma pasta para dissolver a resina de álcool polivinílico subsequente à adição do abrilhantador óptico e resina de álcool polivinílico à pasta, a uma temperatura acima de cerca de 71,1<198>C por pelo menos cerca de 5 minutos. A invenção permite a preparação com baixo de teor de água, sem comprometer o brilho e a cor. é especificamente preferida a adição de resina seca e/ou abrilhantador seco para prover misturas com alto teor de sólidos. Outro aspecto da invenção é uma combinação particulada, seca de abrilhantador e resina de PVOH. é revelado um método para preparação de um abrilhantador óptico/concentrado aquoso de PVOH compreendendo as etapas seqüências de: (a) provisão de uma composição abrilhantadora aquosa incluindo água e ingrediente ativo de abrilhantador óptico, onde o ingrediente ativo de abrilhantador óptico está presente na composição abrilhantadora óptica aquosa em uma quantidade de cerca de 10% a cerca de 25%; (b) mistura da resina de álcool polivinílico com a composição abrilhantadora óptica aquosa em uma quantidade de cerca de 1 parte de resina seca de álcool polivinílico por 0,5 a 10 partes úmidas da composição abrilhantadora aquosa para prover um concentrado aquoso nascente de resina de álcool polivinílico e abrilhantador óptico; e c) cozimento do concentrado aquoso para dissolver os sólidos tipicamente a uma temperatura de cerca de 79,4<198>C a cerca de 98,8<198>C por um período de tempo de cerca de 10 minutos a cerca de 120 minutos, para prover um concentrado de abrilhantador/álcool polivinílico cozido.
