Abstract
Patente de Invenção: <B>"PROCESSO PARA A PRODUçãO ELETROLìTICA DE METAIS".<D>Processo para a produção eletrolítica de metais particularmente e ligas começando dos seus compostos correspondentes, por meio de um aparelho para a extração eletroquímicas incluindo: um cátodo-cadinho contendo uma massa de metal solidificado, um eletrólito líquido com uma densidade que é menor do que aquela do metal, e um reservatório de metal líquido produzido; Um ou mais ânodos não cosumíveis parcialmente imersos no eletrólito com meios para regular a sua distância desde a superficie catódica; um sistema de alimentação para o eletrólito dos compostos dos metais, dos constituintes eletrolíticos e materiais de liga; um suprimento de potência que alimenta a corrente contínua ao metal líquido, e através do eletrólito, aos ânodos, e causa a redução catódica do metal na forma líquida, e a evolução do gás anódico, com a geração de calor que mantém o eletrólito no estado fundido; uma estrutura de contenção estanque a ar, no qual os gases anódicos gerados durante a eletrólise são coletados.
