Abstract

''DECALQUE CAPAZ DE APLICAR PADRõES MONO OU MULTICOLORIDOS A TECIDOS SOB CALOR E PRESSãO, PROCESSO PARA PRODUZIR O MESMO, E PRODUTO TêXTIL''. Um decalque capaz de aplicar padrões mono ou multicoloridos a têxteis sob temperatura e pressão contém uma folha portadora (1) tendo uma superfície não ligável que carrega (a) um padrão mono ou multi-colorido (5) impressa sobre a folha portadora usando uma impressora colorida controlada digitalmente; (b) uma camada de elastómero transparente (6) ou pigmentada de branco (7) de um polímero tendo um alto ponto de plastificação impressa configurativamente sobre o padrão (5); e (c) uma camada de cola polimérica termoplástica termo-ativável (8) impressa configurativamente sobre a camada de elastómero transparente (6) ou pigmentada de branco (7) ou um granulado termoreversível termo-ativável espalhado sobre a camada de elastómero quando a camada dita está ainda úmida. Uma encapsulação ainda melhor do padrão colorido é obtida quando a folha portadora (1) tem impressa sobre ela, uma primeira camada de elastómero transparente de um polímero tendo um alto ponto de plastificação, e o padrão é impresso sobre esta camada de elastómero usando uma impressora colorida controlada digitalmente. Intensidade adicional é obtida quanto uma camada de elastómero transparente quando uma camada de elastómero pigmentado de branco são impressas sobre o topo do padrão colorido.
