Abstract

Patente de Invenção. "PROCESSO PARA PRODUçãO DE UM MONOFILAMENTO RESISTENTE ã ABRASãO E REPELENTE DE SUJIDADE O RESPECTIVO MONOFILAMENTO E SUA APLICAçãO". Descreve-se um processo para produzir monofilamentos resistentes à abrasão e repelentes de sujidade, tendo um diâmetro de 0,1 a 1,0 mm, de um PET linear/polidi-alquilsiloxano, em que se incorpora o componente de Si, com um teor de 0,15 a 2,0%, em peso, de Si, na cadeia do polímero. O monofilamento resistente à abrasão e repelente à sujidade tem uma solidez de pelo menos 36 cN/tex, menos do que 44% de alongamento em relação ao filamento não estirado e, ao mesmo tempo, um índice de sujamento inferior a 10 após 5 ciclos de sujamento. O monofilamento é adequado para produzir telas de peneiras para máquinas de fazer papel, linhas de pescaria e redes de pescar.
