Abstract

dispositivo de exibição e cristal líquido e método de acionamento do mesmo. a presente invenção refere-se a um dispositivo de exibição de cristal líquido que tem um acionador de porta monolítica capaz de eliminar rapidamente as cargas residuais dentro de partes de formação de pixel quando o fornecimento de energia é desligado. cada um dos circuitos biestáveis que constituem um registrador de deslocamento dentro de um acionador de porta é dotado de um transistor de película fina que tem um terminal de drenagem conectado a uma linha de barramento de porta, um terminal de fonte conectado a uma linha de barramento de porta, um terminal de fonte conectado a uma linha de potencial de referência para a transmissão de um potencial de referência (h_sig_vss), e um terminal de porta para o qual é suprido um sinal de relógio para a operação do registrador de desblocamento. quando o suprimento externo de tensão de fornecimento de energia (pw) é cortado, o sinal de relógio é ajustado para o nível alto para girar o transistor de película fina para o estado on, e o nível do potencial de referência (h_sig_vss) é aumentado a partir de um potencial de porta off (vgl) para um potencial de porta on (vgh).
