  " BLOC CREUX A 'EMBOITEMENTS , EN BETON OU TOUS AUTRES
MATERIAUX QUELCONQUES; POUR CONSTRUCTIONS UNS UTILI-
RATION DE LIANT ( mortier ) * .

 <Desc/Clms Page number 2>

  "HOLLOW BLOCK WITH SOCKETS, IN CONCRETE OR ALL OTHERS
ANY MATERIALS; FOR UNS USED CONSTRUCTIONS
BINDER RATION (mortar) *.

   The present invention relates to a 'hollow block with interlocking, whose main and particular shape is shown in "A", sounds I - II and III (lower face) and in "B", under I and II (upper face) , in the drawings attached hereto.

   This block, of "trapezoidal" shape, has a tenon on each side. and a * notch ", as shown at" A "and" B ", under I, in the drawings, the two" tenons 10 and the two * notches * being opposed in the longitudinal direction, thus allowing the realization of the lateral interlocking , as shown in drawing "B under III.

   In the construction, the block is placed not on the base of the trapezoid, but on one of its "sides", in particular on the one provided with a large notch in the longitudinal axis, the other side being provided with a "tenon, also longitudinal, but the latter located outside the longitudinal axis of the flank, and on the long side, therefore on the side of

 <Desc / Clms Page number 2>

 the base of the trapezium is shown at 11 * and * B "in the drawings.

   The tenon in question must obligatorily be provided outside the longitudinal axis of the sidewall since, in the construction, the blocks are inverted ", that is to say that one alternates by placing them in such a way that after laying a block showing the base of the trapezoid from the front, the block placed immediately after must show the top of the trapezoid, the third block placed showing, like the first, the base of the trapezoid, the fourth block the top, and so right now,
The blocks being placed "alternately", it follows that in the large notch of a block are placed part of tenons which, in the said notch are found on the left, others on the right, as shown in "B", under II.

   The block is further provided with recesses in order to have some insulation by the air therein, as shown in the drawing.

   The rigidity of the whole is ensured, on the one hand by its four side interlocking, on the other hand - and above all - by the four, five or sometimes six notch side interlocking and tenons on both sides.

     'In addition to the main shape shown in the drawing "to", under I, those shown at "C" and "D" allow the realization of angles and cross walls.

   Drawings "C" and "D" show a special block and a wall assembly, respectively.

     The advantage of the construction according to this process lies in the fact that, on the one hand, three or four forms of blocks, of which the main trapezoidal, are sufficient to achieve without binding a more aesthetic construction, which preserves the straight lines. and right angles and that, on the other hand, labor is involved only for an excessively reduced amount in the total cost of the construction, the latter not requiring a large amount of labor. quite specialized.

Claims (1)

SUMMARY hollow block with interlocking, concrete or any other materials whatsoever, for constructions without binder (mortar), characterized by its special shape, namely in "trapezoid", its four lateral interlocking, its multiple interlocking by its two sides, as well as by - and especially - the placement of the blocks by "inversion", that is to say in "alternation" Ue process makes it possible to make a wall showing on both sides its not 'blocks with face of equal surface, but showing-. on one side of the wall there. large face "of the block (base of the trapezoid) 11 on the other side of the wall la, small face" of the "block ($ omitted from the trapezoid). So after placement, let's say of a block showing its "large face", the block which will be placed immediately afterwards will show, its small face "; the third block will show, like the first, its large face, the fourth block like the second, its small face, and so on, thus achieving a very rigid and aesthetic construction. The whole following the above description and the drawings appended hereto.
