Abstract

A sanitary wall fitting (1) comprises a connection stub (3) which can be connected to the domestic pipe system. A covering collar (16) can be screwed axially onto the connection stub (3); it contains a moulded sealing ring (19) which moves together with the covering collar (16). The moulded sealing ring (19) comprises a first region (20) which seals off the covering collar (16) from the connection stub (3). A second region (21) of the moulded sealing ring (19) interacts like a thread with an external thread (7) provided on that end of the connection stub (3) which is near to the wall. <IMAGE>
