Abstract
Um bisher bekannte Verfahren zum Folienverstrecken weiterzuentwickeln, schlägt die Erfindung ein V erfahren zum Behandeln eines in Förderrichtung geförderten Folienelements vor, bei welchem das Folienelement in und/ oder quer zu der Förderrichtung als Nutzen längs- und/ oder quergereckt wird, bei welchem das Folienelement an einer Differierstrecke von einer ersten Fördereinrichtung mit einer ersten Fördergeschwindigkeit zu zweiten Fördereinrichtung mit einer zweiten Fördergeschwindigkeit übergeben wird, und bei welchem die Fördergeschwindigkeiten zueinander verstellt werden, um durch eine Differenz der Fördergeschwindigkeiten eine Längenänderung des Folienelements zu bewirken, wobei sich das Verfahren dadurch auszeichnet, dass innerhalb des Nutzens zumindest eine Differenz eingestellt wird, um innerhalb des Nutzens (10) unterschiedlich gereckte Abschnitte oder zumindest einen gereckten Abschnitt (21, 22) und einen ungereckten Abschnitt (23) zu erzeugen.In order to further develop previously known methods for film stretching, the invention proposes a method for treating a film element conveyed in the conveying direction, in which the film element is stretched longitudinally and / or transversely in and / or transversely to the conveying direction as a benefit, in which the film element is applied a differential path is passed from a first conveyor at a first conveyor speed to a second conveyor at a second conveyor speed, and in which the conveyor speeds are adjusted relative to one another in order to bring about a change in length of the film element by a difference in the conveyor speeds, the method being characterized in that at least one difference is set within the panel in order to produce differently stretched sections or at least one stretched section (21, 22) and an unstretched section (23) within the panel (10).
