Abstract
Material de acero para productos tubulares para la industria del petróleo que posee una alta resistencia y excelente resistencia SSC. El material de acero de acuerdo con la presente, contiene, en % de masa, C: más de 0.45 a 0.65%, Si: 0.10 a 1.0%, Mn: 0.1 a 1.0%, P: 0.050% o menos, S: 0.010% o menos, Al: 0.01 a 0.1%, N: 0.01% o menos, Cr: 0.1 a 2.5%, Mo: 0.25 a 5.0%, y Co: 0.05 a 5.0%, y satisface las expresiones (1) y (2), y contiene 90% o mas de martensita revenida por relación de volumen: C + Mn / 6 + (Cr + Mo + V) / 5 + (Cu + Ni) / 15 - Co / 6 + a ³ 0.70 (1) (3 C + Mo + 3 Co) / (3 Mn + Cr) ³ 1.0 (2) B efectivo = B - 11 (N - Ti / 3.4) / 14 (3) en donde, a en la expresión (1) es 0.250 cuando el B efectivo (% de masa) definido por la expresión (3) es de 0.0003% o mas, y es 0 cuando el B efectivo es menor que 0.0003%. Reivindicación 1: Un material de acero que posee una composición química que contiene, en % de masa, C: mas de 0.45 a 0.65%, Si: 0.10 a 1.0%, Mn: 0.1 a 1.0%, P: 0.050% o menos, S: 0.010% o menos, Al: 0.01 a 0.1%, N: 0.01% o menos, Cr: 0.1 a 2.5%, Mo: 0.25 a 5.0%, Co: 0.05 a 5.0%, Cu: 0 a 0.50%, Ni: 0 a 0.50%, Ti: 0 a 0.030%, Nb: 0 a 0.15%, V: 0 a 0.5%, B: 0 a 0.003%, Ca: 0 a 0.004%, Mg: 0 a 0.004%, Zr: 0 a 0.004%, y metal de tierras raras: 0 a 0.004%, siendo el balance con Fe e impurezas, y satisfaciendo las expresiones (1) y (2), en donde la microestructura comprende, por relación de volumen, 90% o más de martensita revenida: C + Mn / 6 + (Cr + Mo + V) / 5 + (Cu + Ni) / 15 - CO / 6 + a ³ 0.70 (1) (3 C + Mo + 3 Co) / (3 Mn + Cr) ³ 1.0 (2) B efectivo = B - 11 (N - Ti / 3.4) / 14 (3) en donde, a en la expresión (1) es 0.250 cuando el B efectivo (% de masa) definido por la expresión (3) es de 0.0003% o más, y es 0 cuando el B efectivo es menor que 0.0003%, un contenido (% de masa) de un elemento correspondiente se sustituye por cada símbolo de un elemento en la expresión (1) a la expresión (3).
