Abstract
La presente solicitud provee un acero para tubos de acero que satisface simultáneamente una pluralidad de características, específicamente, un acero para tubos de acero con excelente resistencia a la fisuración bajo tensión por presencia de sulfuros, que incluye, en % de masa: C: 0,2 a 0,7%; Si: 0,01 a 0,8%; Mn: 0,1 a 1,5%; S: no es mayor a 0,005%; P: no es mayor a 0,03%; Al: 0,0005 a 0,1%; Ti: 0,005 a 0,05%; Ca: 0,0004 a 0,005%; N: no es mayor a 0,007%; Cr: 0,1 a 1,5%; y Mo: 0,2 a 1,0%; balanceado con Fe, Mg e impurezas, que se distingue en que el contenido de Mg en el acero no es menor a 1,0 ppm y no es mayor a 5,0 ppm; y inclusiones no metálicas de no menos que 50% del número total de aquellas en el acero cada una con el máximo tamano volumétrico de no menos que 1 m y que comprende dos o más elementos de Ca, Al, Mg, Ti y Nb y dos o más elementos de O, S y N con una morfología en que Óxidos en base-Mg-Al-O se encuentran en la parte central de la inclusión, en donde los Óxidos en base-Ca-Al y/o Oxisulfuros en base- Ca-Al encierran los Óxidos en base-Mg-Al-O, y presenta además carburos o carbonitruros conteniendo-Ti en una periferia completa o parcial de los óxidos en base-Ca-Al y/o Oxisulfuros en base-Ca-Al.
