Abstract
Los procesos mejorados de reaccion que comprenden hacer reaccionar una mezcla para formar un producto que comprende un metal de alquilo, un oxido de metal, o la mezcla de los mismos y luego pasar dicho producto a un intercambiador de calor post-reactor. La mejora comprende uno o más de lo siguiente: (1) reaccionar dicho compuesto de metal de alquilo con un ácido para producir un éster de metal soluble; o (2) anadir un surfactante ionico; o (3) anadir una mezcla que comprende un antioxidante al producto bajo condiciones suficientes como para evitar la formacion de cantidades significativas de compuestos de metal insolubles o compuestos de metal derivados de dicho compuesto de metal de alquilo; o (4) purgar dicho intercambiador de calor post-reactor con un gas inerte bajo condiciones como para quitar el oxido de metal del intercambiador de calor post-reactor.
