Reivindicacion 1: Compuestos de la formula general (1) en la que R1 se selecciona entre el grupo formado por alquilo inferior, cicloalquilo, cicloalquilalquilo inferior y tetrahidropiranilo; R2 se selecciona entre el grupo formado por H, alquilo inferior, cicloalquilo, cicloalquilalquilo inferior, halogenoalquilo inferior, alcoxialquilo inferior y cianoalquilo inferior; R3 se selecciona entre el grupo formado por alquilo inferior, (CH2)m-arilo, en el que m es el numero 0, 1 o 2 y en el que el anillo arilo está sin sustituir o sustituido con uno, dos o tres grupos seleccionados independientemente entre alquilo inferior, halogeno, halogenoalquilo inferior, ciano, cianoalquilo inferior, alcoxi inferior, alcanoílo inferior, benzoílo, halogenoalcoxi inferior, hidroxialquilo inferior, alcanoilamino inferior y alquilsulfonilo inferior, -(CH2)n-heteroarilo, en el que n es el numero 0, 1 o 2 y en el que el anillo heteroarilo está sin sustituir o sustituido con uno, dos o tres grupos seleccionados independientemente entre alquilo inferior, halogenoalquilo inferior, ciano, cianoalquilo inferior, alcoxi inferior, alcanoílo inferior, benzoílo, halogenoalcoxi inferior, hidroxialquilo inferior, alcanoilamino inferior y alquilsulfonilo inferior y -NR4R5, R4 se selecciona entre el grupo formado por hidrogeno, alquilo inferior, halogenoalquilo inferior, alcoxialquilo inferior y cianoalquilo inferior; R5 se selecciona entre el grupo formado por alquilo inferior, halogenoalquilo inferior, alcoxialquilo inferior, cianoalquilo inferior, fenilo sin sustituir o sustituido con uno, dos o tres grupos seleccionados independientemente entre alquilo inferior, halogeno, halogenoalquilo inferior, ciano, alcoxi inferior, alcanoílo inferior, benzoílo, halogenoalcoxi inferior e hidroxialquilo inferior y fenilalquilo inferior, cuyo anillo fenilo puede estar sin sustituir o sustituido con uno o dos grupos seleccionados independientemente entre alquilo inferior, halogeno, halogenoalquilo inferior, ciano, alcoxi inferior, alcanoílo inferior, benzoílo, halogenoalcoxi inferior e hidroxialquilo inferior; o R4 y R5 junto con el átomo de nitrogeno al que están unidos forman un anillo heterocíclico de 4, 5, 6 o 7 miembros que contiene opcionalmente otro heteroátomo seleccionado entre nitrogeno, oxígeno o azufre, un grupo sulfinilo o un grupo sulfonilo, dicho anillo heterocíclico está sin sustituir o sustituido con uno, dos o tres grupos seleccionados independientemente entre alquilo inferior, halogeno, halogenoalquilo, ciano, hidroxi, hidroxialquilo inferior, alcoxi inferior, oxo, fenilo, bencilo, piridilo y carbamoilo o está condensado con un anillo fenilo, dicho anillo fenilo está sin sustituir o sustituido con uno, dos o tres grupos seleccionados independientemente entre alquilo inferior, alcoxi inferior y halogeno; y las sales farmacéuticamente aceptables de los mismos.
