Abstract
THE INVENTION PROVIDES A CEMENT ADMIXTURE COMPRISING SILICA FUME AND FLY ASH CLASSIFIED TO A SIZE OF 20?M OR LESS, WHEREIN THE MIXING WEIGHT RATIO OF THE SILICA FUME TO THE CLASSIFIED FLY ASH IS FROM 95:5 TO 10:90, AND PROVIDE A CEMENT ADMIXTURE FURTHER COMPRISING GYPSUM. THE INVENTION ALSO RELATES TO A CEMENT COMPOSITION, MORTAR, CONCRETE AND A CEMENT HARDENED PRODUCT, EACH USING THE CEMENT ADMIXTURE. ACCORDING TO THE INVENTION, THE FLOW VALUE OF THE KNEADED MORTAR OR CONCRETE IS IMPROVED TO OBTAIN GOOD WORKABILITY. MOREOVER, THE RESULTING MORTAR AND CONCRETE HAVE HIGH ABSOLUTE VALUES OF COMPRESSIVE STRENGTH AND BENDING STRENGTH, AND A HIGH BENDING STRENGTH RELATIVE TO COMPRESSIVE STRENGTH IS OBTAINED. FURTHER, REINFORCEMENT BY THE INCORPORATION OF A METAL FIBER CAN DRAMATICALLY INCREASE THE BENDING STRENGTH. THIS ENABLES DESIGNS THAT ARE ECONOMICAL AND ADVANTAGEOUS IN THE PRODUCTION OF A CIVIL ENGINEERING AND CONSTRUCTION STRUCTURE AND A CONCRETE SECONDARY PRODUCT.
