Abstract

Se presenta un articulo absorbente, por ejemplo, panal o proteccion para incontinencia que comprende una hoja superior permeable a los liquidos (3), una hoja de respaldo impermeable a los liquidos (2) y un cuerpo absorbente (4) encerrado entre las dos hojas, en donde el articulo observado en la dimension longitudinal presenta una porcion frontal (5), una porcion posterior (6), y una porcion de entrepiernas (7) entre la porcion frontal y la porcion posterior, y presenta ademas una primera porcion de cinta (9a) y una segunda porcion de cinta (9b). Las porciones de cinta (9a, 9b) estan fijadas sobre la porcion posterior (6), alternativamente la porcion frontal (5), del articulo y donde un primer medio de sujecion (10) esta fijado sobre la segunda porcion de cinta (9b) y contemplado para ser fijado otra vez sobre la primera porcion de cinta (9a) alrededor de la cintura del usuario y en donde dicha porcion frontal (5), alternativamente la porcion posterior (6), presenta un segundo medio de sujecion (8) contemplado para ser fijado contra las porciones de cinta (9a, 9b) de tal manera que el articulo tome la forma similar a un calzoncillo en donde las porciones de cinta (9a, 9b) forman una parte de las porciones de cintura del calzoncillo. La primer porcion de cinta I (9a), cuya parte externa constituye una superficie de recepcion para dicho primer medio de sujecion (10), es por lo menos 10% mas larga que la segunda porcion de cinta (9b) que lleva dicho primer medio de sujecion (10).
