Abstract
Se describe y reclama un fluorometro modular y un metodo de uso del mismo para controlar un sistema de agua industrial, en donde el fluorometro modular comprende: una o mas unidades que comprenden cada una: un canal que comprende una celda opticamente adecuada a traves de la cual fluye una muestra de agua; una fuente de luz colocada fuera de la celda opticamente adecuada; un filtro de excitacion opcional , colocado entre la fuente de luz y la celda opticamente adecuada; un detector de referencia colocado fuera de la celda opticamente adecuada; un detector de emisiones colocado fuera de la celda opticamente adecuada; un filtro de emisiones opcional colocado entre el detector de emisiones y la celda opticamente adecuada; en donde si mas de una unidad esta presente en el fluorometro modular, las celdas opticamente adecuadas a traves de las cuales fluye la muestra de agua son alineadas de tal manera que solo exista en el fluororitetro un canal a traves del cual fluya una muestra de agua.
