Abstract
La invencion es concerniente con una crema láctica UHT o esterilizada que tiene un contenido de materia grasa láctica comprendido entre 15 y 10% y que contiene un aditivo que se escoge entre el almidon con un contenido comprendido entre 1.5 y 4% una mezcla de almidon/maltodextrinas, que tiene un contenido de almidon comprendido entre 1.5 y 4% y una mezcla de xantano/maltodextrinas, con un contenido de maltodextrinas comprendido entre 1.5 y 4%, la crema tiene una viscosidad comprendida entre 250 y 1600 mPas.
