Abstract
La presente invención se refiere a un método para producir una construcción bio-diseñada por ingeniería que tiene una matriz extracelular porosa con un tamaño de poro promedio diseñado por ingeniería que comprende: a) sembrar células con la capacidad de sintetizar componentes de matriz extracelular dentro de un envase de cultivo; b) cultivar las células para sintetizar, secretar y organizar componentes de matriz extracelular; y c) liofilizar por lo menos los componentes de matriz extracelular resultantes, en donde la liofilización comprende congelar los componentes de la matriz extracelular hasta una temperatura de congelación final de entre -100°C y 0°C, en donde el tamaño de poro promedio de la matriz extracelular porosa se diseña por ingeniería para que sea menor de 100 µm al varia la temperatura de congelación final de modo que el tamaño de poro promedio de la matriz extracelular porosa se incrementa a medida que la temperatura de congelación final se incrementa y posteriormente secar los componentes de la matriz extracelular, para producir de esta manera una construcción de matriz extracelular bio-diseñada por ingeniería que tiene una matriz extracelular con el tamaño de poro promedio diseñado por ingeniería. .
