Abstract
Se proporciona un dispositivo de procesamiento de imágenes (501) para uso en un codificador de imágenes y/o un decodificador de imágenes, para desbloquear un borde de bloque entre un primer bloque y un segundo bloque de una imagen codificada con un código de bloque; el dispositivo de procesamiento de imágenes (501) comprende un filtro (502) para filtrar el borde de bloque, configurado para, para al menos algunos de los pixeles que se van a filtrar, dentro de un rango de desbloqueo desde el borde de bloque, el rango de desbloqueo siendo perpendicular al borde de bloque, determinar un valor de píxel filtrado a partir de un valor de píxel original del píxel y al menos un valor de píxel adicional, determinar un valor de recorte del pixel, dependiendo de una distancia del píxel desde el borde de bloque, y recortar el valor de píxel filtrado, utilizando el valor de recorte teniendo como resultado un valor de píxel desbloqueado.
