Abstract
Métodos para detectar y/o discriminar entre variantes de una proteína contaminante o múltiples proteínas contaminantes en una muestra mediante un parámetro físico, en el cual el método incluye: separar componentes proteicos de una muestra por peso molecular o carga en uno o más capilares mediante electroforesis capilar; inmovilizar los componentes proteicos de la muestra dentro del uno o más capilares; poner en contacto los componentes proteicos dentro del uno o más capilares con uno o más anticuerpos primarios que se fijan específicamente a la proteína contaminante o múltiples proteínas contaminantes en la muestra, lo que permite, de este modo, detectar y/o discriminando entre variantes en la muestra.
