Abstract
Se proporciona un tubo de acero sin costura que puede alcanzar tanto un límite de elasticidad de 862 MPa o más como una tenacidad excelente a temperatura baja. La composición química del tubo de acero sin costura contiene Cr: de 15.00 a 18.00% en % en masa y satisface las fórmulas (1) y (2). Además, en la microestructura, (I) una relación de volumen total de ferrita y martensita es 80% o más, siendo el resto austenita retenida de una relación de volumen de 20% o menos, (II) el número de intersecciones NTL en el campo de visión en la dirección L de observación es 38 o más y NTL/NL es 1.80 o más y, además, (III) el número de intersecciones NTC en el campo de visión en la dirección C de observación es 30 o más y NTC/NC es 1.70 o más. 156A1 + 18Ti + 12Nb + 11Mn + 5V + 328.125N + 243.75C + 12.5S = 12.5 (1) Ca/S = 4.0 (2) NTL/NL = 1.85 (3) NTC/NC = 1.80 (4).
