Abstract
Un catalizador heterogéneo que comprende un soporte y un metal noble, en donde el soporte comprende silicio, y en donde el catalizador comprende de 0.1 a 40% molar de titanio y de 0.1 a 10% molar de al menos un metal noble en función de los mol totales de átomos de silicio y átomos de metal. El metal noble puede ser, por ejemplo, oro en sílice.
