Abstract
Se proporciona una valvula de control de fluido, que comprende un cuerpo de valvula configurado con un puerto de entrada que se extiende hacia una camara de entrada, y un puerto de salida que se extiende desde una camara de salida. Las camaras de entrada y salida estan divididas por un puente de sellado. Una camara de control aloja un diafragma de sellado flexible deformable entre una posicion de sellado en donde se soporta hermeticamente sobre el puente de sellado y sella una trayectoria de flujo de fluido que se extiende entre las camaras de entrada y salida, y una posicion abierta en donde el flujo de fluido a lo largo de la trayectoria de flujo esta habilitado. Una trayectoria de entrada a lo largo de la trayectoria de flujo de fluido es mas larga que una trayectoria de salida a lo largo de la misma. Un radio de entrada del diafragma de sellado es mas largo que un radio de salida del diafragma de sellado.
