Abstract

Un controlador de presión proporcional incluye un cuerpo que tiene una entrada, una salida, y puertos de escape. Una válvula de llenado comunica con fluido presurizado en el puerto de entrada. Una válvula de descarga comunica con fluido presurizado desde la válvula de llenado. Una válvula de disco de entrada se abre por fluido presurizado a través de la válvula de llenado. Una válvula de disco de escape al cerrarse aísla el fluido presurizado del puerto de escape. Un pasaje de flujo de salida comunica con el fluido presurizado cuando la válvula de disco de entrada está abierta, y comunica con el puerto de salida y un pasaje de escape/salida común. Un montaje de válvula de aislamiento aísla de manera selectiva flujo de fluido para y desde el puerto de entrada o el puerto de escape para lograr una condición de presión cero.
