Abstract
Una aleación ultra-dura, la cual es un material duro con un alto grado de firmeza. Cantidades pequeñas de varios materiales se agregan para lograr esas propiedades. Uno de tales materiales es el carburo de vanadio (VC). Sin embargo, una materia prima de carburo triturado tiene un tamaño grande de granos, lo cual significa que las propiedades de un producto no pueden ser mejoradas uniformemente. El trióxido de vanadio (V2O3) reemplazó al carburo, como una materia prima estructura, para un material usado en producir una herramienta, tal como una fresadora. Debido a que el trióxido de vanadio es más suave que el carburo de vanadio, se puede convertir fácilmente en granos finos, en el proceso de mezcla del molino de bolas, realizado durante la preparación de la materia prima. Como resultado, los efectos del trióxido de vanadio, disperso uniformemente, resulta en una dureza mejorada para la aleación ultra-dura sinterizada.
