Abstract
Composiciones de ARN bicatenario y plantas transgénicas capaces de inhibir la expresión de genes esenciales para establecer o mantener en una planta la infestación por nemátodos, y con métodos asociados con aquellas. Específicamente, el uso de ARN de interferencia para inhibir la expresión de un gen vegetal blanco, que es un gen de tipo MTHFR, y se relaciona con la generación de plantas que tienen mayor resistencia a nemátodos parasitarios.
