Abstract
Composiciones de ARN bicatenario y plantas transgénicas capaces de inhibir la expresión de genes esenciales para establecer o mantener la infestación por nemátodos en una planta, y con métodos asociados con aquellas. Específicamente, la invención se relaciona con el uso de ARN de interferencia para inhibir la expresión de un gen vegetal blanco, que es un gen 50657480 o un homólogo de éste, y se relaciona con la generación de plantas que tienen mayor resistencia a nemátodos parasitarios.
