Abstract
La présente invention concerne la culture de micro-organismes hétérotrophes et phototrophes qui est intégrée pour la production de biocombustible pour des biocarburants, où la suspension algacée totale produite est dans un premier temps épaissie, avec recirculation de l'eau en excès dans les récipients de culture, et ensuite thermiquement traitée à température élevée. Après refroidissement, une phase de biocombustible est récupérée conjointement avec une suspension riche en glucides et protéines solubles qui forme une source nutritionnelle/énergétique pour des micro-organismes hétérotrophes.
