Abstract
Las pautas de trabajo y jubilación en edades avanzadas no son inmutables. Cambian, enprimer lugar, porque las preferencias de los individuos, su elección entre trabajo y ocio, cambia con la entrada de nuevas cohortes y generaciones. En segundo lugar, porque los incentivos y la generosidad del sistema se modifican con las sucesivas reformas y los individuos adaptan (en lo medida de lo posible) su comportamiento a las nuevas condiciones.
