A társadalombiztosítási programok ösztönző hatásai
[Incentive effects of social security programs: a survey]

Abstract
A társadalombiztosítás reformjának sarkalatos pontja, hogy különböző intézményi konstrukciók milyen cselekvésre ösztönzik az érintetteket. A témával kapcsolatos közgazdasági vitáknak pedig kulcskérdése, hogy milyen eszközökkel célszerű a választ keresnünk. Ennek megfelelően a cikk röviden ismerteti a fontosabb elméleti megfontolásokat, és - valamelyest nagyobb terjedelemben - a különböző empirikus vizsgálatok által követett módszereket. Terjedelmi korlátok miatt csupán az öregségi nyugdíjról és egyes munkapiaci programokról - a munkanélkülisegélyről és a rokkantnyugdíjról - lesz szó, és az ösztönző hatások közül is csak a munkaerőkínálatra és a megtakarításokra gyakorolt következményeket tekintjük át.
