Abstract
Объем предоставленных за 11 месяцев 2013 г. ипотечных жилищных кредитов превысил аналогичный показатель 2012 г. на 17,38% по количеству и на 29,51% в денежном выражении, достигнув 1175,0 млрд руб. Средневзвешенная ставка по ИЖК в рублях, выданным в течение месяца, снизилась с 12,9% за март 2013 г. до 11,9% за ноябрь 2013 г. Доля просроченной задолженности в остаточной задолженности по ИЖК за ноябрь 2013 г. уменьшилась по кредитам в рублях на 0,06 п.п. до 1,05%, а по кредитам в иностранной валюте – на 0,003 п.п. до 12,29%. Доля задолженности по ИЖК без просроченных платежей в общей сумме задолженности по ИЖК за ноябрь 2013 г. увеличилась на 0,59 п.п. и составила 95,89%. Доля задолженности по дефолтным кредитам (с просроченными платежами свыше 180 дней) в общей сумме задолженности по ИЖК снизилась на 0,06 п.п. до 1,91%.
