High School and Personal: Born in Bellevue, Wash. … parents are Julie and Damon Huard … Damon Huard was a standout quarterback for the Huskies on the squad from 1991-95, ending his career as the all-time passing leader with 5,692 yards; he then went on to play 12 years in the NFL with five teams and was part of two Super Bowls with the Patriots … uncle, Brock Huard, was also a standout Husky quarterback with an NFL career … has one older sister, Holly, and one older brother, Sam, who played quarterback at UW before transferring to Cal Poly in 2023 … played outside hitter for her high school squad, which won three KingCo titles in 2019, 2021, and 2022, and took sixth at the state championships in 2022 in her senior year … was the KingCo MVP in 2022 and First Team in 2022, and the All-State 3A MVP in 2022 … played the majority of her club career for Sudden Impact Volleyball Club … with Sudden Impact, won the Puget Sound Region and took second in the Emerald City Classic in 2021-22 … also danced ballet for 12 years … cofounder of a non-profit “Vietnam America” … a French Honor Society board member … an ASB officer.
