UW ATHLETICS LOST AND FOUND

If you have lost an item at one of University of Washington’s athletic facilities, please fill out the following form with as much detail as possible. We will do our best to communicate with you within two business days.

Lost & Found Policy:
Items found will be held for two weeks before being disposed or donated to a charitable organization. Please report the lost item as soon as possible after the event. Our lost and found staff will make every effort possible to secure lost items and return them to their rightful owner. UW Athletics is not responsible for any lost or damaged items.

Pickup of Found Item:
All lost and found exchanges will be done via on-site pickup at the Graves building. The address is 3910 Montlake Blvd NE, Seattle, WA 98195. Picture ID may be required at the time of pickup. Please note that guests will only receive a phone call if the missing item is found. Please do not come to the office unless you have received confirmation that your item was found.
