What is the age limit for my child to get in free?
Children age two (2) and under are admitted free of charge, provided they sit on your lap and do not interfere with other fans' viewing experience. Children age three (3) and over require a ticket to all Husky sporting events.
What are accessibility options for guests with disabilities?
In accordance with federal ADA requirements, easy access and wheelchair seating options are available on both a season and single game basis. Purchases can be made online or by contacting the Husky Ticket Office at (206) 543-2200 or
tickets@uw.edu.
When do doors/gates open for Husky sporting events?
Football: two (2) hours before kickoff
Soccer: one (1) hour before kickoff
Volleyball: one (1) hour before first serve
Basketball: one (1) hour before tipoff

What facilities have a clear bag policy in effect?
Clear bag policies are in effect at Husky Stadium, Alaska Airlines Arena and Husky Soccer Stadium. Approved bags include clear plastic, vinyl, or PVC bags that do not exceed 12”x6”x12”; one-gallon clear, re-sealable plastic storage bags; small clutch bags no larger than 4.5” x 6.5” (approximately the size of a hand) with or without a handle or strap. Prohibited bags include but are not limited to purses, backpacks, diaper bags, binocular cases, camera cases, fanny packs, luggage, seat cushions with a zipper, any bag larger than the permissible size, and any bag that is not clear.
I cannot find my tickets. What do I do?

What forms of payment are accepted?
Similar to many stadiums and event centers that have experienced positive results using a cashless model, Alaska Airlines Field at Husky Stadium supports card-only transactions at concession locations and the Husky Ticket Office.
May I return tickets purchased from the Husky Ticket Office?
All Husky Ticket Office ticket sales are final. We do not accept refunds, cancellations or exchanges. The University of Washington reserves the right to change game times, dates or locations without issuing refunds.
How do I request ticket information for future Husky sporting events?

What can I do with unused tickets?
Husky ticket holders may log into their online
UW Account Manager to transfer or resell tickets.
Unused tickets may not be resold or returned for refund to the Husky Ticket Office.
Why can't I leave a single seat?
Our Interactive Seat Maps are designed so that you can't leave a single unsold seat on its own. This restriction ensures more fans who go together can sit together.

How do I change the contact information on my account?
Address changes for Season Ticket Holders for any sport must be requested in a written request to the Husky Ticket Office by the primary account holder OR updated online via your UW Account Manager. Once logged in, select "Edit My Profile." Email or physical mail address change requests must include:

May I add a name to or change the name on my ticket account?
Only spouses may be added to an existing account at the request of the primary account holder for UW Faculty/Staff discount purposes. All other name changes are fulfilled only in the event of a Priority Transfer.
How do I transfer my season ticket account to someone else?
All account transfers must be submitted in writing and signed by the current Season Ticket Holder or their legal representative supported by legal documentation as reasonably requested by the Husky Ticket Office. The Husky Ticket Office reserves the right to refuse any account transfer request.

Faculty-Staff Transfer
Faculty-Staff ticket accounts fall under the same policy as stated above. If a Faculty-Staff transfer is made to an individual who does not qualify as UW Faculty-Staff, they will be required to pay the full public reserved season ticket price.
What is the Tyee Club?
In 1976, the "Tyee Club" was established to create greater interest and financial support for all of Washington's athletic programs. The continued support and growth of the Tyee Club is vital to the current and future success of UW student-athletes. Providing meaningful scholarship support and first class facilities to our current and prospective student-athletes are critical to remain competitive on a national level.
The best season tickets are purchased through the Tyee Club and require a per-seat annual contribution to Husky Athletics. Tyee seats are allocated in accordance with the priority point system.

What happens if I cancel my season tickets?
Non-Tyee: If you choose not to renew Non-Tyee season tickets, your account priority, which is earned through consecutive years of season ticket purchase, will be forfeited. If you choose to purchase season tickets in future seasons, your new seats would be assigned based on first year priority status.
Tyee: If you choose to cancel Tyee season tickets, you will forfeit your consecutive years of season ticket purchase points. If you choose to purchase Tyee season tickets in the future, your previous donations would apply toward calculating your new season ticket priority.

Ticket Broker Statement
The University of Washington Department of Intercollegiate Athletics defines a ticket broker (Broker) as any person or entity located and/or operating in the United States, Canada or Mexico, who is determined to be involved in regularly reselling tickets whether or not for profit. For the purposes of this statement, the term Broker includes a person or entity who is regularly engaged in the business of reselling tickets, who sells more than 12 tickets (regardless of the number of events) during any 1-year period. Someone who is NOT a Broker is a person or entity who obtained the tickets for their own use, or the use of their family, friends, or acquaintances.
If the University of Washington Department of Intercollegiate Athletics determines that any Account Holder for any University of Washington sport and/or competition, has purchased tickets for the primary purpose of reselling those tickets, the Account Holder may be classified as a Broker. Brokers are not eligible for Account Holder benefits, pricing, and seat locations. The University of Washington Department of Intercollegiate Athletics reserves the right to cancel and refund any ticket purchase made by anyone determined to be a Broker.
Conditions of Sale
UW Athletics reserves the right to change event time, date or location without issuing refunds. UW Athletics only guarantees seating for tickets purchased through the Husky Ticket Office or other authorized agencies affiliated through the ticketing platform currently used therein. UW Athletics reserves the right to refuse admission to the bearer of the ticket upon refunding the ticket price. Tickets may not be used for advertising, promotion, or other trade purposes without the express written consent of the University of Washington. By visiting the University of Washington, or using this ticket to gain entry to a University of Washington facility, you voluntarily assume all risks incident to attending an event such as the one for which this ticket was issued. These risks include, but are not limited to: personal injury (including death(; the risk of exposure to communicable diseases; viruses, bacteria or illnesses, or the causes thereof; sickness; or, lost, stolen or damaged property; whether occurring before, during, or after the event, however caused.
No refunds or exchanges are accepted for UW Athletics tickets. Purchase or use of this ticket constitutes acceptance of these terms.
As a service to our customers, the Husky Ticket Office offers a Will Call window for guests to pick up tickets purchased within seven (7) days of the event or leave tickets for third party pick-up.
The Husky Ticket Office is not responsible for any misplaced or unused third party will call tickets.
Valid photo identification is required for any ticket pick-up. Will Call tickets will only be released to the name printed on the Will Call envelope.
When is Will Call open?
The Husky Ticket Office operates Will Call at the Graves Building (3910 Montlake Blvd NE) during regular office hours, Monday through Friday from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. Will Call is transferred to the appropriate venue's ticket box office for every event.

Why doesn't my student number work online to purchase Dawg Pack season tickets?
New students are required to activate their ticket account with the Husky Ticket Office before purchasing Dawg Pack tickets online. Returning students may purchase tickets online by visiting
GoHuskies.com/Tickets then selecting "Log-In" under the students menu and following the directions to find their account ID and password.
Students who have graduated or are no longer matriculating UW students are not eligible to purchase Dawg Pack season tickets.
How many tickets may students purchase?
Students may purchase one (1) Dawg Pack season ticket or single game ticket per ticketed event. This includes away game tickets when a student rate applies.
Exception: If a student is married or has a domestic partner, they may purchase an additional Dawg Pack ticket. Students must contact the Husky Ticket Office and provide a copy of the marriage/partner certificate, requested annually before tickets are distributed.
How can I attend other sports besides Football and Men’s Basketball?
Current UW students may present their valid Husky card for free admission to any regular season event for Men's Soccer, Women's Soccer, Volleyball, Women's Basketball, Gymnastics, Baseball and Softball. Student rates for tickets may apply to postseason, NCAA Championships and special events.
How do I receive my Dawg Pack tickets?
Dawg Pack tickets are mobile-only and delivered to your student ticket account. Current registration for UW courses and a valid Husky card are required to purchase Dawg Pack season tickets and enter sporting events.
Student tickets for eligible away games must be purchased at the Husky Ticket Office in the Graves Building (3910 Montlake Blvd NE).

How do I enter the student sections at events?
Scan your mobile ticket at the designated student entrance and depending on the venue, you may be required to present a hand stamp or wristband for admission into the designated student section.
Are Dawg Pack single game tickets available?
Currently, only Dawg Pack Season Ticket Holders may purchase Dawg Pack single game tickets for their classmates by logging into their student ticket account. At select times throughout the season, students without Dawg Pack season tickets may be able to purchase Dawg Pack single game tickets if available, while supplies last. At select times throughout the season, students without Dawg Pack season tickets may be able to purchase ball Dawg Pack single game tickets if available, while supplies last. Tickets may be purchased online or in person at the Husky Ticket Office with a valid Husky card.
Where do I get my Husky card?
Husky cards are printed and distributed at the Husky Card Account & ID Center located on the ground floor of Odegaard Undergraduate Library on Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. State- or federally-issued identification and and a student identification number are required for pick-up. Please note that high school or alternative identication will not be accepted. More information can be found here.

Do I get a discount if I am UW Faculty/Staff?
Eligible UW Faculty/Staff may purchase up to two (2) Football and Men's Basketball season tickets at the faculty/staff discount of 20% off in eligible seat locations. If you desire additional season tickets, they will be subject to the full season ticket price. The Husky Ticket Office will annually audit UW Faculty/Staff who receive their discount for verification.
Qualifications for the UW Faculty/Staff discount:
- Employed through UW (Seattle, Bothell, and/or Tacoma campuses) and working 50% or more of a FTE or
- Retired through the UW system or
- The surviving spouse of a UW employee or retiree per the qualifications above
- Primary account holder must be the active or retired faculty/staff member or their surviving spouse to receive the discount
How do I pay for my season tickets?
Football Season Ticket Holders are sent renewal invoices annually for ticket payment via email and physical mail to the primary addresses on the account. Tyee Club and Football ticket payment invoices are sent together and are due on the same date determined by Washington Athletics. Tyee Club and Football ticket payments must be made separately if paying by check.

When are kickoff times announced?
Known kickoff times are listed in advance of the fall Football season. All other kickoff times may be announced as late as 6-12 days in advance of the game date due to television rights as negotiated by the Big Ten Conference. Game time updates can be found at GoHuskies.com.
Are ticket totals included in the Tyee Club payment?
Ticket totals are not included in the Tyee Club payment. Although invoiced together, Tyee Club payments and Football ticket payments must be made separately due to university donation requirements. If you pay by check, two separate checks must be issued - one for the Football season ticket cost and one for the Tyee Club seat-related gift. If you pay by credit card, the card will be charged two separate payments - one for the Football season ticket cost and one for the Tyee Club seat-related gift.

Upgrade windows are assigned by Tyee Club priority point ranking and are communicated via email and physical mail. If a Football Season Ticket Holder upgrades their seat location into a higher-level Tyee Club seat-related giving area, payment will be collected immediately. Football Season Ticket Holders may purchase additional season tickets during their assigned upgrade window (see above). Additional season tickets are considered a new purchase and therefore may not be placed with the current season tickets unless the ticket account holder is willing to move to a new seat location (pending availability). Season Ticket Holders may add up to eight (8) total additional seats/tickets on the ticket account. If the account holder already has eight (8) seats, they must wait until the end of the upgrade process to add seats above eight (8).
How do I purchase Football away game tickets?
Football Season Ticket Holders and standing members of the Big "W" Club are the ONLY individuals who may purchase away game tickets from the University of Washington. Tickets may be requested via your UW Account Manager and selecting “BUY NOW” or by calling the Husky Ticket Office at (206) 543-2200. If there is remaining availability, UW Alumni Association members may purchase away game tickets through the UWAA office online or by calling (206) 543-0540. All away game purchases are unallocated at the time of purchased and will be seated via Football priority rank.
When will I receive my Football away game tickets?
Away game tickets are delivered via email the week of the game or mailed approximately two (2) weeks prior to the game, depending on digital ticket availability at the host institution. Physical away game tickets are also available for pick-up at the Husky Ticket Office within the same timeline.
How do I pay for my season tickets?

How do I purchase Men's Basketball away game tickets?
A limited number of away game tickets are made available to visiting teams when the Huskies compete on the road. If you are a Tyee Club Season Ticket Holder, inquire with the Tyee Club by calling (206) 543-2234. Non-Tyee Club members are encouraged to contact the host institution.
How do I purchase NCAA Tournament tickets?
The University of Washington only receives NCAA Tournament tickets to the games in which the Huskies are participating. Ticket information will be communicated to Men's Basketball Season Ticket Holders in early March, if applicable. NCAA Tournament tickets are allocated in accordance with the NCAA and University of Washington postseason ticket distribution policy.

Halted game: no winner is declared and the game will continue at a later date.
Cancelled game: no winner is declared and the game will not be rescheduled.
Halted games: In the event that the game is not considered an official game (five (5) innings played or Washington leading after the top of the 5th), all tickets to the halted game are valid for the continuation of that game. If the halted game initiates a doubleheader the following day, the original ticket may be valid only for the continuation of the halted game unless otherwise noted. No refunds will be issued.
Cancelled games: If a game is cancelled (or rescheduled), ticket holders may exchange their original ticket for a ticket to a future regular season game, subject to availability. Fans may exchange tickets at the Husky Ballpark ticket box office on Gameday or at the Husky Ticket Office (3910 Montlake Blvd NE) during normal business hours. Ticket holders must present the original ticket to the cancelled game in order to exchange tickets. No refunds will be issued. Please note that remaining credit from premium games exchanged for non-premium games will not be refunded.
