Grow-IoT supports the option of indexing event data with Elasticsearch
Run an instance of Elastic locally or in the cloud, modify the ELASTIC_URL environment variable accordingly (see dev-settings.json for an example).
Then running Meteor with your settings:
meteor --settings dev-settings.json
