Research on Unmanned Borrowing and Returning Service System in Internet of Things Environment

Published: 28 August 2019 Publication History

Abstract

Aiming at the problems of cumbersome, time-consuming and difficult to manage books in the library, the new generation of unmanned lending and returning service system, the system framework, operational process and part are constructed by means of Radio Frequency Identification, Internet of Things, intelligent control and other technologies. The system framework, operational processes, and some hardware and software are designed to realize unmanned lending and returning services. Thereby reducing readers' borrowing time, improving reader satisfaction, reducing librarian labor frequency, improving their work efficiency, and expecting to draw lessons for the future development of library lending service model.
