Research on Finished Grain Warehouse Drying Technology Based on Accurate Control of Environmental Humidity

Abstract

In order to improve the humidity control effect of finished grain storage environment, a study on the drying technology of finished grain storage based on precise environmental humidity control is proposed. Monitoring the humidity data of finished grain storage environment based on multiple sensors, and processing the humidity data of finished grain storage environment based on Kalman filtering; Design a parallel transmission structure for humidity monitoring data from multiple sensors in the finished grain storage environment; Based on PLC for precise humidity control, achieving the drying of finished grain in the warehouse. The experimental results demonstrate that this method can control the speed difference of the drying air inlet in the warehouse between 0.1m/s-0.5m/s. Under the control of the method in this article, the relative humidity of the two warehouses changes smoothly, and the drying requirements are met first in the fifth control, which overall improves the humidity control effect of the finished grain storage environment.
