Optimizing User Experience and Performance in ePondo: A Crowdfunding Platform Study

Abstract

As technology continues to advance, an increasing number of organizations and businesses are adopting the web application model. However, with a growing user base, concurrent visits rise, impacting the user experience of web applications negatively. This study aims to enhance the web application structure of ePondo, focusing on accessibility, synchronization, scalability, and cost-effectiveness. The research investigates the performance factors influencing the ePondo web application system at various stages. Modifications were made to the web app's availability to align it better with system requirements, and adjustments were implemented in ePondo based on the factors affecting web system performance. This research article delves into performance testing parameters, strategies, and improvement techniques. It outlines optimization methods for a high-concurrency web app, considering backend processes, data storage, and gateway access. According to validated results, the system's Performance has seen a significant improvement, with a 39% increase from 60% to 99%, and its structures have improved by 5%, rising from 93% to 98%. This enhancement has resulted in an overall grade improvement from C to A. The study assesses various performance aspects, including load time, load speed, interaction, responsiveness, and visual stability, contributing to the system's remarkable progress.
